The Beginning

Chapter 3: Part 1

'We found love in a hopeless place. We found lo-lo-looo-lo'

At first I couldn't recognize the song before I figured it was a remix considering this is a party. I look at Selena who is slightly bouncing on her toes.

"Oh my gosh!!! This party is gonna be awesome!" She shrieks in excitement. I look at her and roll my eyes. I wonder how many party she's been to. I open my mouth about to speak before she beats me to it.

"Let's go get wasted!!" Selena yells starting to walk in the house before I pull her arm gently back towards me.

"We are not getting drunk. Plus we can't anyways. We're not old enough yet." I say trying to sound very clear.

"Pfft. Screw our age. I've had a drink before. It's really good. You should drink tonight. It will make the night much better considering you don't really wanna be here." I didn't answer because I didn't know what to say. I knew this night wasn't gonna be good. But I didn't think it was gonna be that bad either.

"Exactly. Your drinking tonight." Selena says. I sigh over dramatically.

"Ugh fine." Selena claps her hands.

"Ok let's go."

"Uh you go ahead I'm gonna stay out here just for like two seconds."

"Ok. Don't take long!" Before I know it Selena is in the smoke filled house with blasting music. I walk through the yard and find a bench and sit. I take out my phone to see what's going on with Instagram. 3 minutes later someone is tapping my shoulder.

"Hey girly!"

"Hey! Carrie right?" I recognized the curls.

"Yup." She pops the 'P'. She sits next to me and we sit in silence for a couple seconds.

"Hey, were you at the party?" Carrie ask looking down at my outfit.

"Uh yeah. I got here like a couple minutes ago. I just don't have the balls to go in the house yet." Carrie softly laughs.

"I know how you feel. I don't go to many parties but when I do I make sure I have a good time because who knows when the next time I'll get invited to go to one." Carrie says shrugging.

"Who invited you?" I ask.

"Some guy. I don't even know him. I guess he saw walking around campus and asked if I was going to the party tonight. Then he helped me to my dorm room. I can't believe I didn't even get his name."

"Well that's sweet." I said and Carrie scrunched her nose.

"Yeah I guess so." Once again a silence falls between us but just like before, Carrie breaks it.

"Come on. We should go in." She said looking at me.

"Yeah." I stand up and Carrie links our arms together.

"Hey maybe we should act like Lesbians so no guys hit on us." I laugh at her comment.

"I think some guys think that's hot. Then they'll wants us to have a threesome with him." I say and make Carrie laugh this time. We reach the door and walk in. I slightly cough at the smell of weed smoke and alcohol. I look around and see red cups and sweaty, half naked bodies everywhere. Right now I'm happy with my outfit because it's really hot. I look towards the kitchen when I hear yelling and screaming. I walk over when I see Selena climbing on the counter top.

"Selena, what are you doing?"

"Relax M! I'm just doing a body shot! Nothing harmful. Maybe you should do one after me!" I can clearly tell she's drunk already by the smell of vodka on her tongue and how she just called me M.

"Uh I don't think so." I say shaking my head.

"Oh come on M! Live a little." Before I can argue more Selena is lifting her shirt over her head revealing her hot pink bra. I hear guys behind me whistle. Disgusting.

"Okay now who is giving miss Selena her body shot!?" Yelled some really tall guy. Maybe he was the one throwing this party.

"I will." Says a boy that sounds somewhat familiar. I turn to my side and see Louis smirking down at Selena's perfect body. Selena lightly giggles as she sees her volunteer. I roll my eyes at her but smile.

"Okay ready? 3, 2, 1. Body shot!!" Yelled the tall guy. He was really loud. I watch as Louis' tongue slides across Selena's belly. She's laughing so hard tears are brimming in her eyes. When Louis is done he kisses her stomach from bottom top until he reaches her chest. You think he'd stop there but no. Louis keeps kissing up Selena until he reaches her lips. Selena bites her lip like she's thinking if it's a good idea to kiss him or not. But in an blink eye their lips meet. Everyone goes quiet but when a couple seconds past and they're still kissing everyone cheers them on. I see Selena slide her tongue across Louis' bottom lip, and then he slips his tongue in her mouth. And that's when I start to cheer them on a little as well. As everyone is cheering I can tell Selena is trying really hard not to smile during the kiss. Louis pulls away and smiles. He lifts her from her hips off the counter and they disappear through the smoke and bodies. I look towards Carrie and her jaw is on floor. I close her mouth and jokingly say.

"Close your mouth. You'll get flies." She nudges me with her elbow and I laugh.

"Okay anybody else?" When no one replies he continues, "Oh come on ladies. We don't bite! Now, who's next?" Ask the loud but somewhat attractive guy.

"She is!!" I look at Carrie to see who she's talking about before I see her finger pointing at me.

"Wait, what? No I-"

"Alright sweetheart! Your up come on." Says the tall guy patting the counter for me to get up. I sigh and hop on the counter seeing there's no point in arguing because I know I wouldn't be getting out of this. I pull my crop top over my head and hear whistles as I ruffle my hair. Right now I'm grateful for Selena letting me wear her bra because none if mine look like this.

"Wow, nice body babe." Says the tall guy. He looks at me and winks. Me being me I just look away. "So who's gonna be this very sexy girls partner? If we have no volunteers then I will do it myself." He says sounding cocky.

"Me. I volunteer as tribute!" I look around laughing at the person because of their Hunger Games quote. I keep looking but freeze when I see Harry walking towards me. He locks his eyes with mine and smirks.

"Hey Maria." He says.

"Hi." I say trying to sound as confident as possible right now. Why would he volunteer? We just met? Is he drunk? So many questions. I think back to what Selena said earlier about living a little. Before I lay back on the counter I tell the tall guy to hand me a shot first. He obeys, surprisingly, and hands me one. I drink the shot trying really hard not to pull a face since there's dozens of people around me. Don't need anyone knowing that was my first drink. I ignore the burning down my throat and lay back on the counter. I let out a breathe and tell myself in my head that I need to let go and have as much fun as possible at this party. I close my eyes briefly and open them when I feel Harry's warm tongue run across my belly button.
