Emily was happy that she had seen Amiyah after such a long time, Amiyah couldn't be at the wedding because she was traveling the world, but she came back to the States after hearing of Emily's accident. Amiyah was the one who had helped her regain her memory again and she couldn't believe it, Daniel was the one who had shot her, Daniel.. Daniel not Victoria but Daniel, her husband, the father of her child; her child who turned out to be two children. apart from Amiyah, Nolan and Amanda, no one knew she had regained her memories again and she planned on keeping it that way. Her babies were doing fine and that made her happy. Daniel had not showed his face a lot, but Emily didn't care. After a lot of tossing and turning and thinking Emily finally fell asleep. but she woke up in a very different place..

When Emily woke up again she noticed that her room was completely different, when she turned to her left she noticed Victoria sitting at her bedside and that's when Emily knew she was in Grayson manor.' The doctor said that you were okay to leave the hospital but you still needed monitoring, so that's why I decided to bring you to the manor, here you'll have everything you need to get better again.' Victoria smiled her fake smile at Emily and it send shivers down Emily's spine. Emily didn't want to argue with Victoria so she just thanked her and asked where Daniel was. Apparently Daniel was at work, he had never really stayed with her in the hospital probably because he felt so guilty. Emily wanted to hate Daniel but she just couldn't, she still loved him and he was the father of her twins.

Daniel still hadn't visited Emily and that's when Amanda had told her that Daniel came to visit Sara in the Stowaway. Daniel had told Sara that Emily was pregnant and that's why he had stayed with her and married her. When they were at the boat Emily admitted not to be pregnant, but the doctor had said that she was pregnant. That meant that the babies were not his but Aidens. Emily couldn't believe her ears, so while she was recovering from what he did to her, he was with Sara again. Anger started to boil and she wanted to make him pay. Emily got out of bed and called for every media outlet in New York, she had something to say.

'There has been a lot of speculations to who has shot me, a lot of people believe it was Victoria Grayson, but the thruth is..'Emily looked around, she was going to tell the thruth, but then her hands ended on her stomach. She loved Daniel and she didn't want to send the father of her two children to jail.. ' The truth is that I don't remember anything of that night. So Emily decided to lie, not for Daniel or the Graysons but for her babies.

'Right now the whole world thinks that we are still going strong and they see you as devoted husband, if you wanna keep things that way you will tell your trash of a waitress that you can't see each other anymore.' 'Pff you really think I will do what you want ? You cheated on me and got pregnant, you want that to come out ?' 'What makes you so sure that I got pregnant with someone else, of course you think it was Aiden, but are you sure ?' They looked at each other, they were both boiling with anger now and that's when Victoria decided to step in. ' I'm sure we can work something out. How much will it cost to make you leave ?' 'Oh but I'm not leaving, no I enjoy the lifestyle why give that up, I want however to be with my husband, but without Sara.' Daniel looked as if he was going to explode. ' You really think I will raise someone else's children ?'' Like I said you're sure they are Aidens ? But you're probably right why would you?' Daniel looked really mad, Emily loved it. Daniel stormed out of the livingroom and Victoria followed shortly after.

'you're leaving. I had somebody follow you and my investigator showed me a few pictures, taken this week of you and your boo Aiden.' Daniel smiled at her, Emily could not believe that someone was tailing her and she hadn't noticed. ' Because you enjoy our lifestyle I've been so kind to set up an account for you, that will last you a while.' Daniel continued, ' You see I want you out of my life and if you refuse, the whole world will find out about your adultery and pregnancy after. And don't think anyone will believe it when you say that I was the one that shot you, you are done here Emily Thorne.' Emily thought and thought and decided to Dsign the annulment, not because of the threats made by Daniel, but because he had turned in the very thing he swore to never become.. a true Grayson.
