Luna's P.O.V

Luna woke up in a more irritable mood than usual. Like yes everyone is kind of irritable in the morning but today was different. More like a mischievous  sort of look in her eye as she would look over at her sister who was still sound asleep after the blaring alarm that had just left the corner of their room. Her eyes would roll as she would swing her legs over the side of the rickety bed. Her back would crack as she would stand to her feet walking over to where her sisters bed would have sat.

"Get up!" The girl would speak as she would rest her pale hands upon her sisters arm and shaking her awake. She would laugh gently as she would notice her sisters eyes flutter rapidly.

"Im up, Im up" Her sister would speak as she would see the girl rub her eyes gently with a small yawn and stretch upwards.

"Good" Luna would speak as she would slip her phone off the dresser beginning to play a song called 'heart strings' by Matthias. To be completely honest she had found the song recently and had fallen in love with the sound of his voice. She wasn't a huge fan just yet but only time would tell. That's when Luna would grab her guitar strumming it gently as she would make faces to her sister who only made them back as they would hear the chorus begin.

But right as the two were about to really get into the song, their care giver Mrs. Penny would have walked in. She looked at the girls before informing them of the visit they would be receiving that day from a person of possible interest in adopting them. The girls would thank the women before they would receive instruction to change into their nicer clothes and meet down stairs within the hour.

"Thank you Mrs. Penny" Cora would speak as Luna remained silent. They would wave to the women who would exit the room pretty quickly as the door closed behind her. Luna would always get pretty nervous before these things just because who knows if they will end up back in a place like this if they end up changing their mind.

"Luna don't freeze up now, this is our chance" Cora would speak excitedly to the girl would smile nervously as she would attempt to share the same enthusiasm towards the subject.

"But what about mom?" Luna would speak nervously as she would look at her sister who wore an understanding expression on her face. Their eyes locked and they both smiled as they would hug each other tightly.

"I promise that we won't forget about mom, but we need someone in our lives who love us" Cora would speak as they would detach from the hug. Luna would nod her head slowly as the two would begin to get ready.

The girls would have parted to their respective sides of the room where they would pull on their dresses that had been left to them. They weren't much but it was enough for them. One was a light blue shade while the other was black, both in the same design and look and they would both wear a pair of flats. They would look at each other Luna just laughing as she knew that this was not her style in any way shape or form.

The two girls would listen to music as a younger girl would run in, her name being Sophia. Cora would pause smiling as she would lift up the girl into her arms giving her a small squeeze as the little girl would inform them that the people looking would be there already.

The age gap stood at about 8 to 14 with the girls. They knew they were a bit old and that no one really went for the older kids so they were always kinda off to the side during these things just talking to each other and listening to music.

The three girls would soon be rushing down to the main area where a pair stood. One with dark brunette hair and the other with lighter brown hair. They would of course smile and wave and do the whole curtsy before stepping into line. But once they were in line with the rest of the girls as they would just cuff their hands together in front of them as the eight year old stood by them.

The two girls would have been dozed out as they let Miss Penny continue to introduce everyone. The girls were subconsciously holding hands with each other as Cora would have held sophia held by her side rubbing her gently. But almost as soon as they zoned out they were tuned back in by the sound of the males voice before them.

"Could we interview these three?" The male would speak with a questioning tone in his voice as he would look over the three girls who stood unified together. They looked like siblings from someone on the outside looking in.

Miss Penny would have a smile painted on her lips as she would direct the couple into the room first and then direct the trio of girls in. Before she would allow the girls to walk in she would whisper a couple words of encouragement to them as they would smile gently before crossing the threshold into the comfortably decorated room.

"Hello, i'm Matt and this is my wife" The male would have spoken before the dark haired women would have cut him off causing the girls to chuckle gently.

"Amanda, my names Amanda, and this little one is going to be either Nora or Nick" Amanda would have spoke as she would have placed her hand on her stomach gently causing all the girls eyes to light up. Before they would soon introduce themselves.

"Well i'm Luna, this is my twin Cora, and this is our little sister Sophia" The brunette would have spoken as she would have featured to the blonde girl who sat next to her, then to the little girl who would have sat in the blondes lap.

"So what all are you guys into" The male who had now been known to be Matt would speak as the two girls would perk up as they would speak very clearly.

"Music" And as they said that the little girl would have said "Unicorns" Making everyone kinda chuckle at the little girls enthusiasm at the question.

"So what kind of music girls" He would speak with a smile as Amanda was asking about unicorns to the little girl who sat just across from her now.

"We like most anything, we've been hooked on this guy Matt-hias for a little bit though" The blonde would speak with a raised eyebrow as she would have been attempting the correct pronunciation not getting it right at all.

The girls would have watched as the couple would smile at one another before they would speak up. The girls would have felt smiles slowly creep on their faces as the two would speak. "Go pack your bags girls" Cora was the first to get up and hug them followed by Sophia as Luna would have just shook their hands before all three went to go begin packing in their respective rooms.

The girls would have had the small amount of their belongings in bags by now as they would walk to sophia's room where they would do final inspection for her. Cora would have noticed the bunny sat on the bed. She would quickly snatch it before they would hurry downstairs seeing Sophia having a small breakdown.

"Sophie what's wrong?" Luna would have questioned as she would have crouched by the girl watching her wipe her eyes gently.

"My night bunny" The little girl would have spoken with a confused and sad voice as Cora would have pulled out the little animal as the little girls eyes widened as she would jump into Coras arms.

Cora would have carried the girl to the car which just so happened to be one of the most expensive cars ever- a tesla? the girls would have looked at each other with smiles as Matt would have thrown their bags in the trunk and they would have hopped in. The car would soon begin to drive and it felt like maybe seconds which was actually an hour before they would pull up to a beautiful house.

"Is this your house?" Cora would have found herself questioning in disbelief as they would have opened the door stepping out. Her eyes had been wide open as Matt would have shook his head causing the girls to raise their eyebrows in confusion.

"It's our house" Matt would have spoke making the girls smile as they would all just kinda look over eachother. home.
