Chapter 19: The Past Days

Tzuyoon 's POV

This can't be, I had my  promise to someone before. To my boy best friend. He also did promise. That we'll only love each other when the day comes. But I can't even find him. Why? Because he used to act like a weird kid before that he keep his real name from me. How dumb!  I only knew his so called kid name whenever we play before, Y.A he said which means your alien. And right now I'm totally all messed up after what happened last night.

I was on my way to meet Y.A at his house. Because we'll be playing at the park, I also bought him a box of cookies . We've been friends since I was 6 years old when we meet as school mates and our family friend too . I arrived in his house, then the maids just let me through.

"Just knock on his door...Seohyun -ah"

I just nodded and went straight to his room upstairs.

"Come in!" I heard him, so I enter his room. He was working with his songs again. I walk closer towards him, I was about to surprise him but instead he did surprised me. Because he quickly stood up to hug me, without any hesitation I hugged him back.

"Hahaha, let's play Seohyunnie! " he shouted, while pulling me with him outside his room. We went to the backyard, all we did was to play around, listen to his songs, we ate the cookies that I bought for him and had a little conversation.

Until it was time for us to go back to his room. Once we got in, he sat on the side of his  bed with loneliness all over the atmosphere . I've been wondering why is he sad, I know that there's something that bothers him since days ago. I didn't mind to ask him though because he never ever wanted someone to be worried about him. But this time, I can't take it no more.  So I decided to why not ask him now.

"Y.A....please tell me, what's your problem?" He turned to face me, wearing a weak smile. I also sat next to Y.A to give him comfort.

"S-Seohyun please promise me....that you will never forget me. A-And that you'll still be the one for me when the day comes. Also please promise me that you won't cry when I leave...."  I just nodded as response but I was totally confused at the same time. I was shocked when he hugged me tight, and  I hugged him back. Till I heard him sobbing on my shoulders with his tears all streaming down. I massage his back using  my right hand to comfort him.

"I-I promise.... Y.A,  b-but why are you leaving?" I said between my sobs, I started to tear up unstoppable.

"Seohyun-ah, please don't be sad...I-I'll be leaving tomorrow,  and it might take time for us to see each other again." Because of what he said, this time  I hug him more tight. "But  always remember and don't forget that....I  will love you always and forever." we just stay a little longer hugging each other. With him whispering those words that I love the most "I love you...".

After a while we let go of the hug and stare at each other. "Seohyunnie, d-do you love me too?" He asked with those eyes of his full of love, sincerity and hope.
