JADE'S POV~~
I was walking in the hallway, listening to my favourite music. I never knew when I started humming that song.
I was so into that song until when I bumped into someone. I quickly came out of my trance when I saw Jungkook. I looked down and immediately apologised.
Jade: I- I am s-sorry Jungkook sshi. I was not looking. Mianhae. Jeongmal mianhae.
He looked at me and smiled weakly.
Jungkook: It's okay Jade. I wasn't looking either.

Author's POV ~~
She sensed the weakness in his voice so she dared herself to look up at meet his eyes.
Now she could see how pale he looked. His face was looking down and his eyes were red and had bags under them. His hair were a mess. His uniform looked like he didn't iron it. Low-key he looked a mess.
She felt upset seeing him like this so she asked him.
Jade: Erm.. Jungkook sshi. Are you feeling okay?
Jungkook: *weak chuckle* Yea I'm totally fine.
Jade: I don't think so.
His fake smile vanished and he looked deeply in her eyes.
Jungkook: I told you I'm fine.
Then without any more word, he tried to walk away from her but then suddenly he felt his knees weak so he leaned on one of the lockers.
She was now extremely worried. Her fear of talking to him and making him feel like she was a creep was gone. She rushed towards him and held his arm.
Jade: You are fine? I see it clearly. You are coming with me to the nurse's office.
He tried to yank his arm but was weak so gave up.
Jungkook: I am not going anywhere. I am going home. Let me go.
She frowned at his cold behaviour. But then she realised that his body was burning as hell. She had no choice but to stay with him as he was the one very special to her and she couldn't see him in pain.
Jade: You want to go home right? Then I'm taking you home. And you won't say a word.
He was feeling so weak to quarrel back so he went with it.
She put her arm around his waist and his arm slung over her shoulder. This was not the time to blush or something like that but her heart wouldn't stop racing at every contact he made with her. Internally, she was screaming like a crazy woman but outside she kept her face normal.
After getting the permission from the principal, she called a taxi over the University. As soon as the taxi arrived,she carried Jungkook towards it and made him sit inside and she herself sat beside him.
She told the taxi driver the address and he start driving towards the destination.
Jungkook: Eomma.... Bogo Shipda.
She turned towards his direction. Her heart ached when she saw a tear ran down his pale cheek.
Without realising what she was doing, she scooted closer to the guy sitting beside her.
After a moment the car bumped a lil and his head turned and rested on her shoulder.
And there goes her stupid heart, beating fast for the guy just beside her.
Her cheeks flushed pink and her eyes wandered everywhere but to meet his figure.
She froze and he slept all the way home without realising that he was making a girl's heart burst.
They arrived his place and carried him inside the house and then she took him to his bed room and plopped him on the bed.
Jade: Oh man. You are one heavy hooman. Aish my back..
She stretched her arms and after a moment she felt okay.
Jade: Now what should I do?
She looked at the male who was cuddling with the pillow.
Jade: *smiles* You are making me fall for you more and more every second, Jungkookie.
She then went to him and took off his shoes and socks.
Jade: I love you Jungkook but sorry to say your socks smell extremely bad.
She picked the socks with her thumb and index finger and ran towards the laundry basket, aimed it and threw it in the basket.
Jade: And Boom! This was the best shot you ever gave Jade *pats her back* Good Job girl.
She went to the kitchen and took a bowl and poured chilled water in it and for her luck there was cute, small towel. She put the towel in the bowl and soaked it. Then she came back to his room finding him still sleeping like a baby.
She sat beside him and gently put the towel on his forehead. He flinched by the sudden cold contact. His eyes opened a little bit.
Jungkook: What are you doing Jade?
Jade: Roller skating. Wanna join? Of course I'm taking care of you Jungkook shhi (҂-̀_-́)
He chuckled at your answer showing his bunny teeth,and then mumbled a thankyou and again went back to sleep.
She smiled and continued. After minutes, she stood up to leave his room just to make him soup. In a second her heart was thumping like crazy when she felt a hand grab hers.
Jungkook: Don't leave me.
She turned hesitatingly.
Jade: Erm.. uh.. I- I am not going right now. I was j-just going to make s-some s-soup.
She stuttered which he found cute. He let go of her hand and she scurried out of his room.
OH MY GOSH! HE JUST- OMG OMG OMG OMG!!! SEND HELP! I AM DYING!
And she was screaming like this in her mind. She cooked the soup and then came back to his room. He was sitting back and doing something on his phone.
Jade: I brought your soup Jungkook shhi ^^
He looked up at her. He was dazed seeing her like this. She was wearing an apron and her hair tied up in a messy bun and a strand of hair was hanging. Small spots of cornflour were on her face.
He found her appearance extremely cute right now. She felt a little bit uncomfortable that he was staring at her like this. She put the soup on the side table and then sat across the bed.
Jade: Start eating now otherwise it would be cold.
He got out of his daze and a blush crept on his cheeks.
Jungkook: But I am feeling sick. Can you feed me?
Yes yall. He said that. After all he is one of them bangtan boys and specially he's close to his Jimin hyung. So yea.
She froze but then hesitatingly nods.
She came close to the guy as their both hearts were speeding up. She blew the soup in the spoon and fed him.
She was a blushing mess as same goes to the young male.
Jade: This is the last one.
He opened his mouth and took in the spoonful soup.
Never did they realise that it was almost night.
She stood and took the tray out in the kitchen. Then her gaze went out of the window where she saw sun setting.
Oh man.. I need to go now. But I don't want to. Aish.
She went to his room and she found him smiling to himself.
Jade: Er.... Well Jungkook shhi I guess you are better now. So I shall get going as it's getting late.
His smile vanished and he stood up from the bed.
Jungkook: I can't let you go.
She froze at his words.
Jade: Excuse me?
Jungkook: I- I mean it's late and it's not safe for you to out rn.
She shook her head.
Jade: It's totally fine. I took self defence classes. I'll manage myself.
But being stubborn he insisted her staying there. And she had to give up.
He showed her room and gave her his hoodie and knee pants.
She showered and changed into them and slept.

Late at night~
Thunder struck and she woke up. She was scared at the thunder noises so she sat on her bed, drank water and lay down trying to sleep but all in vain. Then she got out of the room and saw that Jungkook's room's door was half open and side lamp was on and he was sitting up having his hands on his ears.
Is he also scared?
Jade knocked at his door hesitatingly. And he quickly looked at her and then sighed in relief.
Jungkook: Can't sleep?
She nodded shyly.
Jungkook: Me either. Can we talk till we both feel okay?
She nodded cheerfully. And he also smiled then patted the empty space beside him so she went and sat with her legs crossed.
They talked and talked and found many common things. The thundering stopped eventually but they both were so into each other that they totally forgot that they were scared.
Sleep took over Jade as she slowly put her head down when Jungkook was searching some good movies.
Jungkook: Yah Jade! Let's watch this one.
He turned when no response came. His lips curled and form a smile seeing her sleeping like an angel.
He lay her down on the bed and then himself lie beside her. Admiring her beautiful face features he felt asleep.
Unknowingly, when they both were sleeping her hands went around his waist and her head rested in his chest and his arms were around her back and they cuddled....
