How to anger Zeus

After I took my oath again ( Artemis isn't needed for my oath because I am already immortal) the hunters began bombarding me with questions regarding Perseus aka vile pig aka mysterious male. After I declined every question most of them went away until only Thalia and Phoebe stayed. I could hear their muttering about me having a crush but that is bullshit. I am not in love with anyone.

Phoebe just gave me a hug before going away as well and Thalia stayed and kept on asking questions. She was easily the most curious person I have ever seen. And maybe the most stubborn too.

When she kept bothering me I, at one point, lost my patience and decided to just walk away. As I did she followed me the whole time until we were deep in the forest. Don't get me wrong we would find the hunt easily but they wouldn't hear us.

I did the most reasonable thing I could think of and pushed her away then lost my temper.

"YOU WANNA KNOW WHO THAT WAS!? THAT WAS PERSEUS JACKSON! THE BOY YOU KILLED! THE BOY YOU BETRAYED! NOW SHUT UP!"

She did shut up... not. She did launch herself at me and pushed me to the ground. I could free myself but I wanted to talk to her and this was the easiest way.

"WHAT! You are travelling with a traitor Zoe. With somebody who wants to kill innocents. With a monster."

I didn't expect her to understand right away but her harsh words were really worse than I thought. If I remember right they were best friends in the war. Of course only after the observing we are able to do up there but they really looked like best friends. I had to do more than I thought to convince her from Perseus innocence. Hard times require hard methods. I forced her mouth shut and then spoke.

"Thalia, I swear on the river Styx that Perseus is innocent. What you just accused him for is a lie. He was loyal to you. He is still loyal to Olympus."

She, of course, didn't understand.

"You lie!"

Ugh, stupid girl. Of course I am able to lie to Styx (note the sarcasm).

"I swore on the Styx! It is impossible to lie to Styx!"

That was the moment when realisation finally dawned upon her. I believe that she understands now why I trust Perseus. Why I help him. Why I am still his friend.

"No! No, no, no, no, no, no, no! This can't be! I threw my best friend away! I believed them over his loyalty and my own better knowledge! I am so STUPID!"

Finally she realised it. She is really stupid. I lived for more than two-thousand years I can say that. She may be not as bad as some other campers but I doubt Perseus will forgive her anytime soon. Anyways I need to hear the end of her rant.

"I need to apologise! I need to befriend him again! I need my best friend back!"

By now she was crying.

"I need to see him! NOW!"

I already expected her reaction and just let her go. Then I made my way back to the camp and was greeted by the sight of Thalia shifting her feet infront of Lady Artemis tent. Most of the other hunters stood there too but with their bows pointed at the entrance of Lady Artemis tent. Thalia really cannot keep a secret. Suddenly Phoebe whispered to me.

"Zoe get away from the entrance. The monster could come out right now."

I was again angry but before I could rant I was stopped by Percy coming out of the tent with his sister on the shoulder. The hunters shoot at him and nearly killed him but he avoided this with stepping back inside the tent.
