Step 1: Health

DO:

1. Drinking Water in the morning is more wakening than Drinking coffee or any other sort

2. Drinking a Half a cup of water at night and a half cup of water in the morning helps regain your dreams you had the night before.

3. When you're at a restaurant always wash your hands after touching the menu, it is generally the dirtiest. just imagine how much bacteria!

4.When your jogging, always exhale on your left leg, it will reduce stitches

5. eat an orange before excercising, not only will it hydrate your body but it would also prevent muscles soreness.

5. 30 minute naps are the most effective, it could give you energy for 7 hours and makes you feel more productive.

6.Still tired? take a nice shower, it will wake you up and will make you motivated,as your body is clean.

7.Eating Watermelon helps reduce acne breakouts.

8. rub lemon on your dark spots or freckles the acid reduces the look of them.

9.if you've got bitten by a mosquito, place a hot spoon on the bite for a minute then put tape on the bite.

10.Want whiter looking teeth? rub strawberries or a banana peel on your teeth ocasionally.

11. eat walnuts, it will make your hair grow faster, and your brain smarter.

12. 7 a day you say! yes, it is now scientifically proven that you have to eat 7 fruit portions a day to be healthy (psst i don't).

DONT:

1.DON'T skip breakfast, when it is skipped your body goes into "starvation mode" and will store more carbs than usual causing you to gain more weight.

2.DON'T rub lemon or baking soda on your teeth thinking it would whiten it, it would only wear out the enamel and make your teeth sensitive

3. DON'T shave, this is my opinion, (even though i used to shave) although it is pain-free, your hair will grow faster, it would be more thicker,darker and sharper.

4. DON'T scrunch up your hair when your in the shower, it would make it tangled.

5.DON'T have less than 7 hours of sleep. i know you party animals out there, but is it worth it? in the morning you will be tired and not motivated and as a bonus those dark,puffy circles start to creep up
