Eliza blushed. " U-Uh. Well I've been closer to him for longer, so I'd have to say he was a very very close friend of mine." She smiled. " But I wouldn't have let myself have any other thoughts at the time, because I don't believe in cheating."
Daniel shrugged. " Well I'm going to marry her now, so I'm not as embarrassed about this. Julie was also one of my closest friends. It wasn't until closer to the end of our marriage that I began to feel weirdly around her. I guess it turned out well for me."
