OFFSET P.O.V
I was building myself up to go to Takeoff house. I knew it wasn't gonna be a pretty sight at all.
But one thing we didn't tell people was that we all have cameras in our homes. Just in case somebody tried to pull some funny shit.
"Huh." I signed as I stepped out of my car. I walked up to his door ready to open it. Until I heard some mumbling. I looked over and didn't see anything. So I just thought it was nothing.
"Help." I heard as I stuck the key in the door. I walked off the porch and looked into the bushes.
As I walked over there I couldn't believe my eyes. It was a little girl. That looked like she was almost frozen to death.
"Oh my gosh." I said as I picked her up. Her body was cold as ever. I went back on the porch and grabbed my keys. I didn't even think about going into the house. I took the girl to my car and turned on the heat.
"Are you okay?" I asked her as I looked into her eyes. She was shivering and scared. Atlanta weather has been up and down for the past few weeks.
"Mu- No!" She said nearly able to talk. Who ever left their child here was dead ass wrong.
"What's your name?" I asked her. The little girl looked to young to be out here by herself especially in the cold.
"Alisa." She said as she closed her eyes. As I looked at her I noticed her skin was pale. Her eyes was half way frozen shut. Her lips was as white as snow.
"Where's your parents?" I asked her as I decided to leave Takeoff house.
"She left me." She said to me as I was at a red light.
"Did she leave you with anything?" I asked the girl. She shook her head yes. I looked at her as she dug into her bag and handed me a letter.
I took the letter from her and opened it. The woman that left her daughter there had written in blue pin....
Dear Takeoff My Love,
I want you to take care of my
Daughter please! I will not be back for her at all. Shit I won't come back to nothing. Even if she dies! I know that's sad for a mother to say but it's true. I love her but I just can't care for her. She was a angel that isn't meant for me. You can take her to a foster home it doesn't matter. But if you make it just know that I'm sorry! Also that Alisa is a very bright girl!Love Ciara...
I closed the letter and looked confused. I was confused if this was his daughter or what.
"Is he your daddy?" I asked her. Which I know was a dumb question because Takeoff would have told somebody he had a child.
"I don't think so." She said as she finally sat right sitting up.
"You not cold no more?" I asked her she shook her head no. I didn't know what to do with her so I was just gonna let him deal with this.
MESHA P.O.V
I was sitting at the table helping Jaiden with his homework problems.
"Now you have to add both of them." I said to him as I pointed to question 7.
"Okay and if I do that I get 9." He said smiling hoping it was the right answer.
"Yes!" I said to him. While sticking out my hand to give him a high five. He was so smart. And his favorite subject was math anyways.
I finished Jaiden homework and got him ready for bed.
"We going to the hospital tonight?" He asked me as he put on his sleeping clothes. We haven't been at the hospital for 3 days I need a break.
"Yeah. I gotta go get you a blanket and pillow though." I told him as I went to go grab one out of my closet.
I grabbed a black blanket and a pillow. As I walked back into my room Jaiden was sitting there with his shoes on waiting for me.
"Whole up let me go grab your stuff for in the morning." I told him as I went to grab a bag. When we spent the night at the hospital we would have to get up super early. Which Jaiden hated. But I promise to Offset that I would be there for Takeoff if they wasn't able to make it.
"Okay I got your stuff." I said to him as I walked back into the room. He nodded his head and got up.
"You sleepy." I asked him as we gathered out stuff up to leave.
"Yes." He said to me confident. I guess I wasn't gonna have nobody to vent to tonight.
"Well okay lets go." I said to him as we walked down stairs. It was chilly but not as cold as yesterday.
"Oh!" I said as we both hopped in the car. Lately I've been letting Jaiden sit in the front sit. Since he told me he was a big boy last week.
"Big boy don't forget to put on your set belt." I said cranking up the car. He shook his head and grabbed his seat belt.
"You also better not fall asleep because I'm not picking you up!" I said to him as I backed out.
"I won't." He said laughing and kinda nodding off. Jaiden was to heavy for me to carry. I swear that boy was getting longer by the day. The only said part about it is Denise wasn't here to see it. She hasn't called me since she spoke to him on the phone. Which is very sad.
