(Changing it up on pov)

It was extremely late... and Hermione Granger was going to the dam bar.

Yes, she read Reeta Skeeter's article, yes she realized that she probably had less than 48 hours until the dim wizard and witches of the wizarding world finally out the pieces together and went after her. But she didn't give a damn. She was going to have a good night.

She dressed for the occasion, wearing a relatively tight fitting silver dress with black heels and her hair in a complicated messy bun. She wore little to no make up and still looked beautiful.

Hey, if Draco Malfoy could go to a bar and make mistakes... then so should Hermione. She made her way to the bar two blocks down, she didn't feel the need to apparated when it was such a small distance. Besides there were far to many juggles, even this late at night.

Hermione made her way up to the club, music blasting, it was late so about 3/4 of the crowd was already drunk. Bodies pressed against each other, people were running to the bathrooms either crying or vomiting... sometimes both.

It was completely insane. And Hermione didn't give a damn. She was letting loose, being a rebel. Well, a lame rebel.... but a rebel all the same.

She sat down at the bar after politely ignoring the drunk man's invitation to sit next to her. The male bartender grinned at her and winked, flipping a towel over his shoulder. He was trying way too hard and Hermione smirked at that.

// Hermione //

"Hello, beautiful. Anything I can get you? I mean, other than a boyfriend?" He asked, puffing his chest and gripped the counter harder than necessary, showing off his muscles. I smirked at his attempt and nodded, "Shot of whiskey will do."

He smirked, "I like a strong lady." He said and went into the back to grab a bottle.

I glanced around the club and watched as a couple was dancing at first... and then it turned into something that would have blinded any human under the age of at least 18 years of age.

I shook the picture from my mind as I turned around at the sound of the bartender pouring the shot.

"There you are." He said, sliding it to me. I nodded and brought it to my mouth. It burned as it went down, I haven't had alcohol in years.

"I never caught your name." He frowned. I nodded, "It's a hard name to catch." He chuckled, "So you're one of those girls, are you?  Hard to get?" I chuckled but immediately stopped as I saw a bleach white head at the door. I smirked at the bartender, "How much for the drink?" I asked.

He shrugged, "I don't charge pretty women, especially if they give me their number." I laughed and walked away, desperately trying to find the back exit. I looked over the crowd as I got to the middle and I didn't see the blonde.

I sighed and turned toward the exit. Except there was a ferret standing in the way. "Why are you here?" I growled. He grinned, "Nice to see you too, honey."

I rolled my eyes and went to go around him but he still stood in the way, I gritted my teeth, "I told you not to follow me." He shrugged, "I didn't listen."

I laughed, "Sounds familiar." I moved again but he gripped my arms, "Hermione let me explain." I growled, "If this is why you came here you should just go home now." I pulled my arms out of his grasp and ran out of the club, walking towards my parents houses fast as I could, which sucked because I was wearing heels.

Draco wasn't far behind. "Hermione!" He called. "Go home Draco!" I called over my shoulder, I unlocking the gate and shutting it behind me, running into the house.

I sighed as I shut the door and my mind raced ask entered the living room.

What was he doing here? Why isn't he at home with Astoria and all of his other friends? Why did he come after me?

"It seems your intelligence has shrunk to the equivalent of Potter's." Malfoy's hummed with a grin on his handsome face. "Don't insult me like that." I rolled my eyes at him.

"How did you get in?" I asked. He sighed, "I told you you're being dumb because you didn't even lock your door, Hermione." I shook my head, "Of course I did!" he shook his head, "I don't believe so."

"Nevertheless, you need to leave." I said. He sighed, "Right to the point, huh?" I pursed my lips and stood up from the couch, facing him.

"Hermione, just let me explain, please." He asked, practically begged. I sighed, "I don't know..." A string snapped in Draco.

"You're being irrational!" He shouted. I gasped, "Draco, you broke my heart! I told you that I was pregnant and then the next day you're all over Greengrass!"

He swore under his breath, "You think you're the only one with a broken heart!?" he whispered, his voice cracking. "Hermione, I lost you! You hate me, I've lost your trust for doing absolutely nothing."  I shook my head, "I'm not being irrational, I built a wall. I opened up to so many people, Draco. And they've let me down. This time I won't be as careless with who holds my heart."

I made my way up the steps, but he followed me. "You ran off to Ginny's house after hearing something in the daily prophet. Which you know is unreliable. then you ran off to Australia! Tell me what part of that is rational!?"

I sighed, "I'm sorry, I just had to get away! There were so many people! So many eyes! I just had to leave and then the relator for my parents wanted to meet with me and I came here."

I walked into my bedroom and Draco came in after me, "Why do you believe her, Hermione?" he asked, looking down. I didn't have an answer, so I said nothing. He looked up at me and slowly walked up to me as I backed into a wall, his face completely emotionless.

I hit the wall and gasped as he threw his hands onto the wall on both sides of my head, locking me in his embrace. "I asked you a question Hermione." I looked down, deciding what to say.

"You kissed Ginny?" I whispered. He took an enormous deep breath, controlling his anger and muttered with gritted teeth, "I kissed Ginny and Astoria just as much as I kissed Potter." I sighed, "I don't know, Draco."

"So you believe her just because she made up facts?" He whispered in my ear. I shuddered at the familiar feeling. "I don't know, Draco. I just-don't." I whispered, feeling helpless. I hated it when I didn't know something.

He leaned in so that his moth grazed my ear as he spoke, one of his hands grasped my waist and I sighed contently at the feeling. "I've missed you." he spoke. I hooked my arms around his neck, desperate to feel him again.

"Let me feel you tonight. Let me taker back what's mine, and in the morning... you can explain, alright?" I whispered. All I heard him say was, "Jump."

I smirked and jumped up, wrapping my legs around his waist and pressing my lips to his, hungrily. I moaned at the feel of his lips on mine, an addiction I've created. One hand gripped my waist while the other ran under my shirt onto my warm skin. I smirked as we pulled away and grinned, "Let's take this to bed."
