now, before reading i have some things to tell you all.
first, this is a TRUE story. the mention of abuse, and medical troubles my mother has faced. she still faces it to this exact second actually. now, currently, my mother stills has depression, anxiety, nerve pain, bulging discs, degenerative disc disease, and heightened chances of getting colds and bronchitis. there's never going to be a set cure for any certain thing. my family knows that- i know that.
but, there are things that make the pain go away. for some, it's alcohol or harder drugs. for my mother it's marijuana. it's actually been so helpful that it took her about 8 months to a year to get off all her other medications. and she had A LOT.
second, i am a huge supporter of weed. i've first hand seen the improvement in someone's mood, and pain marijuana does. i basically have my mom back. sure some aspects can't be 100% fixed but, i'm so happy with everything it's done.
third, if you have any hate towards medical or recreational marijuana- read this book. i understand the stigma, i had the same feeling towards it when i was younger. however, the amount of good it does totally outweighs the stigma. also, i understand, everyone's open to their own opinion, but please, just try to open your perspective on this matter.
sincerely,
salmie.
ily all and i hope you enjoy reading this. <3.
