*next day in school *

I walked in the school with Zar when I hear someone call out "Scarlett ". I sighed. I knew who it was so I just kept walking. "Scar you know Adam is calling you right " zar said looking back.

" yeah I know. " I replied back rolling my eyes.

"what happened after we went to check up on him? it seem like it didn't go so great. " Zar asked all up in.

"it's nothing zar.. I have to go to my locker , I'll just see you in class " after saying that I walked to my locker. I really don't know why I took what Adam said so serious. when he said what he said it kinda hurt. I just dont know. I grabbed what I need for my first 3 classes, then closed my locker. I failed to realizes a presence and was scary out of my pants. "what the hell are you trying to give me a heart attack adam?! " I half screamed Adam smiled somewhat. "no, sorry. but I need to speak to you " his face going all serious. I rolled my eyes and held my stuff to my chest. " I didn't think you wanted to come and just look at me so TALK. " I replied with sarcasm. Adam rubbed the back of his neck then started to speak. " I - I wanted to apologize " he said looking down at his feet.

for some reason when he said apologize he seemed nervous." ok.. well go ahead" I said "I'm sorry about how I was being a ass to you I-"" just had to do something I know ,whatever" I said as I walked away but then he grabs me by my arm " what?" I said getting annoyed" Adam sigh. "just come with me " he motions to the door. "we have class are you dumb? and can you let go of my hand please. " I said . when he said that he realize he was still holding my hand. he let go but when he did I saw something in his eyes but I couldn't tell what it was. "so are you going to follow me? I mean you do want a explanation. Right? " he replied rolling his eyes and leaning up against the locker.

I glared at him. damn I do want some answers but I don't want to skip. I look at him. "let's go before I change my mind and we get caught " I opened my locker and put my stuff in it then shut it. I turn around and look at adam to see him smirking. "what? " I asked. He got off the lockers and walked over to me. "your just so cute when your mad. now come on " . With that he grabbed My hand and pulled me out the school with out looking back.
