*third person pov*
a girl, with black hair and light brown eyes, ran through forest. she ran like her life depended on it. well it kinda did. she had just watched her friends get murdered by her uncle. she had left before he could have killed her. she had nothing on her besides a few pictures, some memory crystals, 20 dollars, and her phone, all of witch she always carried around. she ran out of the forest almost head first into road. she walked along the side of the road, regretting leaving her paper weight and armor at home. well her now old home. she probably wasn't going back there anytime soon, maybe never? now wasn't the best time to think about that. right now she needed some place to stay. she hasn't been to much places since she got to midgard, and going to Asgard wasn't an option without anyway to get there. she looks at the familiar sign  in front of her, trying to figure where she has seen it before.  it said 'welcome to phoenix drop!' with a phoenix next to it. aphter starring at the sign for a few more minutes, it clicked. this was the place where her mother's best friend lived! not the best place to hide, but it's better then having to live on the streets. she walked down road trying to remember the address of the place.

*still third person what a surprise*
ivy's cackle echoed through the streets of o'khasis. "you have no say in the matter!" she yelled right before a shadow night charged at her.  she swiftly side-stepped and pinned him down, holding her sword to his throat. "ooo! you brought a friend. and he's a shadow night too!~  i haven't killed one of them in ages!" she says in delight. "leave him alone!" she hears garroth yell and charge at her. she is quick to block it. honestly he needs to be quieter if he wants to sneak up on her. he attacks again but she blocks once more. she pushes him down and holds a sword to his neck. garroth growls and creates a blinding light. next thing she knows, she's on the ground with a sword to her neck.  "please, don't kill me!" she says with fake fear in her voice. "give me one good reason, why i shouldn't!" he growls pressing the sword harder on her neck. "do you really want to kill me in front of your mother?" she says faking looking innocent. "you ravished o'khasis, killed thousands, imposed marshal law on the city. i would like nothing better, then to slit. your. throat!" he snarls. "but it's not me you have to answer to. it's the people of o'khasis" he turns and walks away leaving her there.  she quickly gets up and laughs. "fool you should have killed me when you had a chance!" before he could respond, the sound of wings flapping  fill there ear. ivy looks up to see a wyvern flying down. in an instant ivy is headless and the wyvern has a not very tasteful head in it's mouth. ivy wakes up in front of an orphanage. as a 6 or 7 year old girl. in a world not quite the same. the door opens and a lady stands in front of her. the lady immediately asks for her name, the girl responding in a squeaky voice. "ivy" for the first time in ages, she feels scared. "come on in ivy" the lady welcomes. ivy reluctantly does as told.

*back to jess! but still third person.*

on the way she reached a little gas station. she walked into the little store, hoping for something to eat and drink. luckily she found what she needed. she looks around the store grabbing a poopsi, bottled water, some lays barbaric chips, and 3 of those beef jerky sticks that are really good. she took the items to counter to pay. aphter losing 10 dollars and receiving a bag to put them in she leaves.  on her way out, she suddenly hears all of the readers that are screaming at her, and pulls out her phone to call the person she's looking for. sylvanna. aphter a few rings, she picks up. "hello?" she hears. she silently cheers. "hey sylvanna! it's me. jess" she smiles.  "Mejia! what's up?"  resisting from saying the sky, she answers honestly. "it's loki." she could almost see her smile fading at the words. " h-he. he. he did something terrible! and i need a place to stay" she choked on her tears that were streaming down her face somehow.  "Mejia" sylvanna says in a comforting way. "i need a place to stay and i-" jess starts but was cut off. "i understand. my address is (some random address)" "thank you so so much sylvanna!" she chuckles "no problem. bye"  "bye!" jess hangs up. "alright. to sylvanna's house." jess mumbles to herself.

*oh look thirdperson. and it's with ivy now.*
"ivy honey! would you come down now!" called the lady from the beginning. yea, her. also know as miss. beguly.  ivy mumbled a soft "ok" and headed down, a small suitcase trailing behind her. her voice was always small now. she tried her hardest to learn everything about this world. people say it's harder for an adult to learn something then it is for a child. well that's true for ivy, even if she looks like a child. she has already established that she was in an alternative dimension.  once she reach the edge of the steps she could already see a woman smiling sweetly at her and the rest of the kids. she got in her place in the line formed.  the woman viewed the line. looking at each child closely, as if that would help her understand  what they were thinking. she paused in front of ivy. "what's your name?" the woman said sweetly. "ivy" she  said coldly.  "well ivy, want to come live with me?"  the woman asked. ivy wanted to say no but she didn't want to be here longer so she simply said " i don't even your name yet" the woman just smiled. "tiffany. tiffany wigglesworth" (don't ask me ask the random name generator that created it!) she held out her hand confidently. ivy smirked. maybe a change would be nice aphter all.  tiffany signs a bunch of papers, before walking out with ivy. on the way to her new home they get in a crash. ivy has been in this world long enough to know that cars are very dangerous. luckily for ivy she survives. can't say the same for tiffany. the police end up taking her to her new home where her new dad will be. sadly her dad isn't very happy about ivy, and blames her for the crash.  not only is ivy abused at home, but she is bullied at school. ivy, being defenseless takes it. that is of course til she gets her hands on a knife. she ended up killing her 'dad' and calling it 'self defense'. but the people who bullied her, lets just say no one does it anymore. she wasn't insane. she just grew up in a world where killing people for power was normal.

*im going to kill you with third person povs*

michi groggily woke up to her alarm clock. she got dressed and walked down stairs. she made eggs and bacon for breakfast. she got 3 plates out and put eggs and bacon on each of them. she quickly eats her food when she hears. "GO TO SCHOOL YOU LITTLE-" she didn't get to hear the rest. she was already out the door running towards the hell called school.  "hey michi!~" she hears as she get near her locker. she gets scared and runs the rest of the way. but she's too late. the person already has grabbed hold of her back, thats unfortunately attached to her. she looks up in fear. the person holding her? Bethany  jones.  Bethany throws a punch at her. michi being the person who she is, let her punch her.  once she finds a chance she runs away. that pretty much what did her whole life. she runs away from it all. she runs out of the building. she didn't get far before Beth cought up with her. what she didn't notice was the girl who ran aphter them.  once she saw a blur of pink through her teary visor. she expected more kicks and punches, which is why she was surprised when it stopped. she whipped the tears away to see a girl with pink hair that was lighter at the bottom.  walk towards Bethany with a knife. she slit her throat. "aww how good it feels to kill again" she laughed. michi tensed up thinking she was next. the girl turned towards her a smile on her bloody face. "hey! da' names ivy. you?" the girl held out a bloody hand. "m-michi" she hesitantly shook her hand. " don't worry michi im not going to hurt ya. that is, of course, if you don't tell" ivy changed her voice to a more intimidating one at the end, or at least the words made it more intimidating. "i won't" michi said getting more comfortable, knowing that she wasn't going to get hurt. "so. mind telling me what this little thing was doing chasing you?" ivy pointed her knife in the direction of the now dead Bethany. michi let it all out. everything about herself. and ivy listened. michi smiled while doing this. for once in her life michi showed a real smile, as if she knew they were going to be great friends. little did she know that in the upcoming year they would go head on against each other to win the heart of a girl they thought they hated.
