Anxiety.

Very common within people. Many people experience it. Some take it seriously, some joke around about it. Yet, it may not be the most common, but it is common within the mind/body. Anxiety can be experienced in many ways. Such as anxiety attacks. Those can be very bad. Some known symptoms are shaking of the hands (trembling), sweating, clammy palms, short sensations of breaths, etc. it can get very badly. Do not let it take over your mind. Find your home. Your safe place. Music, drawing, writing, anything that gives you happiness. You can get through this. Here are some steps to help. 1. Lie down in a comfy area. 2. try to breathe slowly inhaling through the nose, exhaling out of the mouth. Do not let your mind run wild and freak out. Be calm within the process. It's tough but you can work through this!! You got this!! You can do anything. Don't let anyone take you down. Repeating those steps slowly over and over will soon relax you.
