A true nightmare

The third stage

"Dream are you planning on sleeping on the rest of the day?" Swap said it's been a while since dream ever came out of his room. He didn't even came for supper. "Mmm....yes." Dream said ink had have it. "DREAM YOU'RE COMING OUT OF THIS ROOM WEATHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT!" He yelled pick up dream like a bride and sat him down the couch. "You're having ramen." Ink said going to the kitchen he went back shortly and gave him banana nut bread. "Eat this while you wait." Dream hold his appetizer and begin too rip it bit by bit. "Dream you need to eat. I'm worried about you." Ink said "My hunger is an equivalent exchange for his death." Dream said coldly ink sigh "Dream.... please do you think nightmare want you to let him go?"
"DON'T TELL ME WHAT NIGHTMARE WOULD'VE WANTED!HE WOULD TELL ME WHAT HE WANTED!" Dream yelled "Dream please stop." Nightmare (ghost) said "STOP USING HIS VOICE GUYS!" The boys look confused "We didn't hear anything." Swap said "DON'T TELL LIES!" Dream went up to his room. Everyone can hear the door being locked . "(Cries) nightmare....I'm so sorry..."

(Nightmare P.O.V)
I glide to dream and sat next to him rubbing his skull. "Lil bro I'm always gonna be here with you. No matter what." I said even though dream can't hear me. Dream got up ,went through his drawers and grabs the pocket knife I gave him on one of our birthdays. I want him to protect himself when I'm not around then again no one wanted to harm him. I was such an idiot!  I then saw dream ...cutting himself "DREAM STOPIT!" I yelled but he didn't hear I watch helplessly as golden blood comes out of him. So this is how dream feels when I became corrupted. When he was done he wrap bandages around his arm. When he finally fell asleep I stroked his cheekbone "Dream I don't want you to end up like I became." I walked though the window looking back at dream then went back to the afterlife.
