The border is marked by the Horseplace and any of the non-Horseplace lands ahead isn't clan territory. It's mainly so clans can get to the Gathering Island.
These two clans don't really collide much, but sometimes cats can stray out of their territory, across the non-clan strip of territory and cross into the other clans' territory.
