Chapter 1

Athena, Logan, and Jace's house ^^^^^

"Athena!"

"Hurry up stupid!"

I tried to block the voices by putting my pillow over my head. This is what happens when you stay up late rewatching your favorite shows. You don't want to wake up in the morning when you have to.

"We're going to be late for school dumbass!"

School. Just the thought of it makes me cringe. The place I despise the most. I groaned as I felt my blanket being ripped off me.

"Athena! I swear to god-"

"I'm up!" I interrupted my brother Logan.

I got out of bed and moaned in pain at the sound of my bones cracking as I stretched. I head straight to the restroom to brush my hair and my teeth. Unlike some people, I don't wear makeup. I believe everyone is beautiful without it. Also because I don't have no one to impress.

As I head to the kitchen, my brother Jace interrupts me.

"You look unpleasant sis." He smirked

"I look beautiful" I said as I smacked him around the head while walking away from him. He groaned

" It's no mystery on why you get picked on" I stopped in my tracks and slowly turned to him with a frown. He smirked.

"You don't put in any effort to look at least decent. You look like shit every morning. It's unattractive." He said while shrugging his shoulders

"I can see your point" I frowned. "But I still think you're full of shit brother." I smirked at him while he glared.

"Whatever loser" he rolled his eyes walking outside, me following him.

"Took you long enough" Logan chuckled as I entered the car.

"Just drive" I grumped.

On the way to school, I started asking myself questions in my head. Will this year be a good year? Could it be possible that I'll make a friend? Will the bullying finally stop? Will the cuntflap of Jace finally get a real girlfriend? Probably not

Don't get me wrong, I don't try to piss off Jace on purpose. It's how we both get along. It might seem that we hate each other but it's quite the opposite. I love my little brother. He's been through everything with me and has helped me stay focused.

"Jace! Get your filthy feet off my dashboard or you're walking for now on!" yelled Logan. Jace just chuckled like he couldn't care less about his threat.

"Do you hear that Logan? It's the sound of no one caring" Jace said back. Logan clenched his fist around the steering wheel. They start bickering back and fourth until their attention turns towards me.

"Don't try to embarrass me at school Athena" Jace smirked." I don't want to start getting bullied as well" His comment earned a slap across the head from Logan and a glare from me.

Asshole

"You inspire my inner serial killer brother"

"Why don't you slip into something more comfortable? Like a coma."

"Why the fuck don't you-"

"Alright that's enough you two" Logan interrupted."Now get out of the car, we're here" I gulped. We're here. As in school. Logan and Jace started walking towards the campus as where I stayed back in fear.

I guess Jace noticed my discomfort to entering the building or noticed I wasn't beside them due to him giving me his infamous smirk. Damn you Jace.I mentally cursed at him while walking towards the place that gives me misery.

High school. Hopefully this day goes splendid.
