(A/N this girls name is Molly O'Malia btw) Hey! I'm Layla Waters. An ordinary 15 year old girl. I am online schooled and live in LA. My mom and dad are split, nothing out of the ordinary really. I don't contact my dad anymore because he married a young woman that obviously wasn't my mom.
I got up on the second day of summer with a big smile on my face. I was so looking forward to this summer and spending time with my Mom & maybe make some new friends. I took a shower and did my hygiene and brushed my hair. I put on this outfit:

I went down stairs to eat breakfast when my mom was about to walk out the door. "Good morning Layla, I have eggs and bacon on the table for you and I left a note saying I was going on a business trip for 1 week," Mom said halfway out the door.
"Ok," I said not surprised. She leaves quite a lot to be honest I wish she wouldn't.
"Ok if you need anyone just go to the neighbors next door and they will help you," my mom said shutting the door. Before I could say bye, she slammed the door. Typical.
I ate my breakfast while watching T.V. I got on my phone checking my growing musical.ly account. I had finally reached 100k fans!! I have been working on my account for two years now and I really enjoy it. I have always wanted to be a musical.ly star.
Mid-way through making a musically I got a bunch of texts from a groupchat with random numbers.
