End of the day
"DAN" I yelled as I saw him walking to his car in the parking lot. He turned around and smiled at me I smiled back and he said "whats up" I gave him a big smile and said "I want to take you up on that offer for friday I want to see if things could work out for us" He gave me a sad smile and said "oh umm this is awkward but I already got someone else to go with im sorry" I looked at him shocked and a little hurt at the same time and said "oh its okay maybe we could meet up some other time" I smiled and he said "Yea maybe" we then just stood there in awkward silence before he said "Well go to go see ya later" "Ya bye" I replied still a little confused. He then walked away leaving me to confusedly go back to my own car. I got in my car and started it softly whispering to myself "I really regret rejecting him"
