Let's talk about LPN (licensed practical nurse )

It takes 2-3 years depending on your place and institute.

What exactly does LPN do?

*Help patients clean themselves

*Look after them

*Give them medicine and other necessities

*Clean the tools

*Maintain records

*Monitor them

*They work under BSN and other higher ups

*Do night as well as day shifts

Pros

*LPN is the most fastest way to be a nurse .

*you can get into working as soon as possible .

*Most affordable from all the other courses .

Cons

*It is very hard to get a job using this degree .... Cause most of the hospital wants to hire nurses from BSN or GNM

*Underpaid ( they get a handsome amount of money but for me it's average ...  )

*Workload
