Beasts

Chapter One

     *beep! beep! beep!* 
      "Ugh....school" I say very wearily. I rarely get sleep ever since I turned 13. It was the first day of school and I was dreading every last second. Its not the classes, I love to learn, its everything else. I grab the school uniform and a leather jacket i got for christmas, and carry them to the bathroom. I am always last to do anything, so of course the water is cold by the time i get there. But I disregard the cold water falling on my skin, and get it over with. When I get out i dry myself and pull the uniform on.
    All the cuts and dents had just healed. Too bad I guess. When I look in the mirror, there is a tall black shadowy figure standing over my shoulder.
  "WHAT THE HELL?!?" I grab some rusty scissors and turn around as fast as I can.
   Nothing.... There was nothing!?

As I walk into class there are whispers and glares spread throughout the room. John, a tall football player stands up and walks over to me.
    "I thought I told you to change schools!" he grabs my shirt and pins me to the wall.
    "You can hit me all you want but that doesn't change the fact that your and inconsiderate peice of shit." why did I say that? No one ever stands up to john. HE'S GOING TO KILL ME!
   The room is silent. John raises his fist when a girl stands up. I've never seen her before shes new....her eyes are red to!?!
   "I suggest you set him down."
John turns to her.
    " look this is something you need to know... EVERYONE hates Zander."
John still holding me up moves out of her way giving her a clear shot at me. Get ready...shes going to hit me.
   "Here hit 'em....its like initiation."
The girl turns to John and side kicks him in the stomach and he goes flying across the room into the wall. She grabs my wrist and runs out. Faster then any human should be able to run.
    "WHO ARE YOU!?!" I scream.
