Draco fanfic

''Why?"

Then he did something unpredictable..... He wiped off a tear off your cheek. Which made you blush.
Draco-"Everything will be fine, if anyone says anything to you I'll tell them to stop, you did save me earlier. But let's keep that a secret. Okay?"
You nod and waited a little after he went in. You come in and nobody stared at you. You walk in with confidence, but then you trip and people start to laugh. You try not to cry then someone helps you up.
Draco-"you okay Alexis?"
You-"yeah. Thanks"
You get up and he makes sure your actually okay, then you look to see so many shocked faces. You blush a bit and thank him once again before heading to your room to relax and think about all the things that happened today.

A couple weeks passed and you and Draco became great friends, but you would sneak off sometimes and hang with the golden trio. It was fun, they didn't mind you being a slytherin, they did have a small problem however with you being friends with Draco, but that was fine. I understand why they had a problem. He's not very nice to them. 'But they don't know him like I do.'
Hermione-"Hey Alexis you going to the library later? Our exams are almost here.."
You-"I know, but I promised Draco that I was gonna hang with him tonight. Sorry"
You have grown a small crush on him, even though he's one of your best friends, you really liked him. Only the golden trio knows, well Hermione was the only one that knew but she told the boys so, now they know too. But they aren't happy with it, but I don't care. Hermione just lifts an eyebrow and winks. You blush because she thinks it a date... you guys walk down the hall together to go eat dinner, but split up when you reached the great hall. You sat with Draco and Hermione sat with Harry and ron. As you were lost in thought a red letter came to you, then you hear someone shocked and told you it a howler. You were scared but Draco gave you a look like it was okay. You open it...
Letter-"Alexis Curseblood! Your family is very disappointed in you... Your a Slytherin, your friends with Draco Malfoy?!!!.... how could this get worse,  you hanging out with Griffindoors?! You know Everyone hates slytherins!!!"
You just put your head don't as the letter keeps yelling at you. A couple minutes later it finally stops but you keep your head down, and you don't eat at all. You asked to leave, but Draco won't let you. Draco saw you had a tear going down your cheek and he grabs your hand trying to calm you. It works like always, this is normal when your sad.
You-"Draco....."
You wanted to tell him that you liked him but you didn't know how.
Draco-"Yeah?"
You-''Never mind.... it was nothing.."
Draco-"You sure?"
You didn't know actually but just answered anyways.
You-"Yeah.... Um, I gotta go do something...."
Draco was sad but he let go of your hand. You ran off to Hermione to ask for advice.
You-"Hermione we need to talk... please?"
Hermione-"Yeah sure?"
You-"I wanna tell him how I feel but... how do I? What if he hates me???"
Hermione-"Just tell him Alexis, all you have to do is tell Draco.... If he hates you, then your friendship meant nothing..."
You-"okay.. I'll tell Draco, tonight we are supposed to go to some secret place he wanted to show me..."
Hermione-"oooooo"
You slightly punch her shoulder.
You-"It's not like that.... He thinks of me as a friend..."
Hermione-"Are our conversations confusing? "
You-"I don't think so"
Hermione-"Okay... well I gotta go bye"
You watch her run to ron.... sometimes it looks like they like each other, but oh well.
~~~~later that night
You were waiting for Draco, but he wasn't showed up yet. He's never late, then you see a figure a couple of yards away and it looks like Draco, but he has his head down... 'what's up with him?'.  You see him run away and you run after him.
You-"DRACO?!"
Draco-"GO AWAY!!"
You-"WHY?"
Draco-"I know you like someone else!"
He said finally started calming down. You were shocked... Then you gasped, he probably heard the conversation with Hermione.
You-"Why do you care anyways... IT'S NOT LIKE YOU LIKE ME?!"
You said it like a question but you didn't know why. Its like you really hoped he liked you back, but in your head you knew he didn't, but that didn't stop your heart from believing in that he liked you....You tried to grab his arm, but he pulled it back in disgust, that made you feel horrible, 'why was he like this? Why was he so mad???'

You-"Why are you so mad Draco??" You asked, trying to not yell, scared that he would run off again.

Draco-"Because.... I don't wanna have to lose you..." This made you blush a deep red.

You-"Draco... Your not gonna lose me silly." You try to laugh, but you still feel hurt about him pulling his arm away from you. You try to shake that feeling off, but decided it was pointless...

Draco-"I.....I DONT WANNA SHARE YOU EITHER!!!" You were shocked, and some what confused.  Did he like you, or did he just want you to himself as friends? You didn't know the answer...

You-"Draco...Do you like me???" You looked at him straight into his eyes, he was sweating trying to think of what to say

Draco-"No... Don't worry, your my best friend, of course I don't like you like that! Who's silly now?" He says with a laugh, it seemed fake, but you  really couldn't tell....

Draco-"You okay?" He askd with complete concern, but you just nod and tell him you need to study for your exam. He simply nods as well and gives you a quick hug, which made you wanna cry, 'but why did you feel this way torwards him anyways... Your only 11...' You kept saying to yourself 'its just a smal crush that got out of hand'... But in your heart, you knew it was more than that...You kind of started ignoring Draco for a while till the end of the school year, just to say good bye...
