Blakk returned a year after the incident with the Dark Slinger. Somehow, he had grown stronger and had developed strange and dark powers that rivaled even Elina Shae's and her teachers. It took all of the Shane Gang's allies to try and stop Blakk from activating the Terra portal again, but Blakk's allies were well prepared for them.
The Shane Gang and allies all gathered outside of Blakk Citadel and were ready to strike. The battle was fierce and both sides fought hard to conquer over the other. The enchantresses of Slug Terra used every ounce of their powers to help aid in the fight, while Eli went to face Dr. Blakk alone like last time.
He knew it was not wise to face a new-and-more-dangerous Dr. Blakk alone, but after facing the Dark Slinger, Eli knew that he could handle this new form of an old foe.
But he had no idea on what plans Dr. Blakk had for him and the others.

Eli followed the villain, Dr. Blakk all the way up to the ceiling of Blakk Citadel. He thought he caught him where he wanted him, but he was wrong.
Once he thought he had the doctor cornered, the form of Blakk disappeared in black-and-red smoke and Eli saw that Twist was in his place with a megamorphed Loki on his shoulder, hissing at him.
"Oh Eli," Twist smirked, "When will you ever learn?"
"Never!" Eli heard a girl speak and turned to see Kaiya pointing a blaster at him, "That's when."
Eli stared wide-eyed from Twist to Kaiya and back to Twist, trying to figure out how they snuck out of the fight occurring below. Eli knew that even after a year, his friends should've been more than able to handle Kaiya and Twist.
"*Yawn* Are you two just going to stand there and hold him there, or are we going to have some fun with him?" Eli turned to see Vinyl on his left. Soon, another figure appeared on Vinyl's right: The wife of the man he's looking for, Nicole Blakk.
"Patience, Vinyl," Nicole stated, "You'll get your chance soon. We just have to wait for Blakk."
"Easier said than done," Eli turned to his right to find Oren and Diablos Nacho locking blasters at him.
Eli heard more blasters charging and realized that he was surrounded with his enemies. The Hooligang, Boss Ember, and Mr. Saturday were with Twist on his front; Game Master, Gar, and Drake were with Nicole and Vinyl on his left; Primo, Sedo, Blite, and John Bull were with Kaiya behind him; Angelina and her twin, Ruby, were together with Quinton, Maurice, Oren, and Nacho on his right. And they all had blasters charged and aiming at him. Eli had no idea what to do. All of his enemies had him surrounded and not one of his allies were in his sight. He was ready to make a move with Stunts, but Twist only aimed his blaster and said to him:
"Don't even think about it, Eli."
"Now, is that anyway to treat a guest?" Eli turned to find the Big Man himself as he walked toward him with a victorious smirk while patting the head of the cyborg-greyhound, Jet, and the Neon parents were walking behind him, "Put down your blaster, Twist, we have him right where we want him."
Twist did as he was told and put down the blaster. Soon, all of the slingers put their blasters down as the Boss approached him in triumph.
Eli looked at the man in fury. He demanded, "Where are my friends, Blakk? What have you done with them?"
"What?" Blakk countered calmly, "No 'Hello,' or even a minor threat of sending me back to the Deep Caverns?"
