Chapter 9

Brooklyns pov

I didn't want to go swimming , the sight of seeing me with out makeup , extentions and clothes covering my stretch marks and back. No thank you.

The truth is , I used to be very over weight , eventually I decided to stop eating. After a few months I was loosing weight very fast and my step mom got scared. She took me to the hospital where they made sure I was fed. That was only a few months ago , I'm still pretty skinny. Because of that I have stretch marks and scars from where they took off the extra skin.

I also have acne and acne scars all over my back , that's why I never show my back. I try being confident , but I'm so insecure. How could anyone like a girl who has scars , back acne , and no meat on her bones? I'm litterly a pencil , no boobs or butt. I'm also very tall which doesn't help.

I look out my tiny window and see everyone outside having fun in the pool. I like swimming , I would just prefer to not have them make fun of me.

Pulling the blanket up to my chest , I think about how people think I'm snobby about everything.

For example , getting my own cabin. It was so I can change without anyone seeing my ouful body. I want to be able to walk around in a tank top without anyone seeing my back.

I eventually fell asleep quickly being awaken by mysty screaming as jack picks her up and jumps in the pool.

There so cute together , she's so lucky.

Again I roll over, looking at the ceiling. Breathing out and only feeling numb with emoting I can't explain.

I wish I was as confident as I acted.

30 minutes later jonah knocks on my door.

"Hey?" I smile sliding my door open.

I notice he's not even wet.

"Hey , you alright?" He asks looking me up and down.

I had a robe on and regular pajamas.

"I guess , why do you ask?" I look at him as he scratches the back of his head.

"Well you haven't come outside all day and it's almost dark. Usually you come inside for some reason." He looks at me and smiles.

"Oh. No , I'm just , you guys have been in the pool and I don't swim." I look down feeling my insecuritys filing my lungs.

I imagine jonah finding out about my back. Telling everyone. How they will make fun of me. Like everyone does.

"I actually didn't get in the pool. " Jonah bites his lip and looks down.

"Oh , how come?"

"I was hoping for you to come outside." His eyes meet mine and I quickly look down at my hands.

"Damn. I , sorry. I just don't swim." I sit on my couch hopeing he would just go , I Diddnt want to have to explain myself.

"Oh , I can respect that. You wanna find a way to hang out ...out of water?"

"Um , actually yea ..what do you have in mind?" I smile and take my robe off. I had a t-shirt on and sweatshirt both of which are mysty's.

"Wanna go to the roof?" He asks putting out his hand.

I take his hand as we walk outside on our way to the roof. "Sure"

Mysty's pov

(30m earlier)

Jack picks me up facing him. He runs towards the pool as I scream. He jumps in and we both go under completely.

The sun shines through the water , the bubbles slowly float upwards ; Jacks curls flow graciously through the water as he smiles at me , how am I so lucky?

I float up still in Jacks arms. As I reach the air , jack smiles and spits pool water at me laughing again after.

"Your so gross." I laugh splashing him.

"You love me." He laughs kissing me.

"I know, I'm crazy about you." I laugh as we kiss again.

" Good. I'm crazy about you. " He smiles and dunks me under water.

"Ok guys you love each other. We get it." Daniel laughs and jumps on to zach who was sitting in the floaty.

"You guys are so gussy your like marshmellows." Corbyn laughs throwing the football across the pool to jonah who still hasn't gotten in.

"I cant belive you guys aren't official online." Zach says.

"Right !? Pretty sure the fans know. Though." Daniel agrees with zach.

"I don't know we just haven't done it yet. It's not a secret. " Jack laughs splashing me again.

"You know what? That's it!" I laugh.

I begin splashing jack after he splashed me for the 1000th time.

We both laugh splashing each other over and over.

Corbyn and zach give each other a look as they grab water guns. The begin shooting Daniel who jumps in the pool to excape the water guns.

Jonah quickly runs inside to get out of the war zone. He laughs his ass off watching the crazyness happening outside.

He gets his phone and records everything on Snapchat and instagram.

After everyone calms down he heads his way to brooklyns cabin.

A few minutes later he's walking inside holding brooklyns hand. Zach and Daniel imediatly notice.

"OHHH. Shitttt" Daniel points to them as they smile still walking.

At this point everyone's shocked laughing.
