CALLER: Oh god. Oh dear god, this is really happening.
DISPATCHER: Is everything alright?
CALLER: N-n-no. No. It is not. Uh, s-something really bad happened here.
DISPATCHER: I can hear that in your voice.
CALLER: I know. It's horrible and–"
DISPATCHER: Can you tell me what is happening?
CALLER: Yeah. Y-yeah I can, I can tell you... I-I-I just need... I need a minute.
DISPATCHER: Are you hurt? Did someone hurt you?
CALLER: No, but there was something... brutal. Real b-b-brutal. Um, it's uh... it's hard to explain.
DISPATCHER: Alright. Can you tell me where you are right now?
CALLER: I-I'm, I mean we, are at Velasco University. Second floor on Granhoff Hall.
DISPATCHER: Okay. We're sending people now. Try to stay calm. Now, can you tell us what happened?
CALLER: You w-w-wanna talk to them? Should I tell what–
DISPATCHER: Sir, what is going on?
CALLER: ....
DISPATCHER: Hello?
CALLER: No, I can't say that. You have to say it! It's gonna be okay, Jerry. Help is on the way.
DISPATCHER: Sir, are you there? Sir?
