It was a normal day. Normal boring science class. We were watching a boring high school video about something I really didn't care about. Oh I didn't intoduce myself...I'm Alice Rue Gray. Anyway that is when I heard my best friend and neighbor,Jack Andrew Kon, the southern cowboy, was talking to me.

I took my attention off the board to look behind me. Jack had his tongue out at me. I smiled as the bell rang. There was only four of us left everyone was sick. I wonder why*cough government* We were walking to our lockers. I put my stuff in his locker then he put his stuff right beside mine.
Then I pushed him playfully and ran off. I heard him running after me the sound of leather knee-high boots and cowboy boots hitting the marble floor when he finally caught me he put me over my shoulder
"Jack! Put me down!" I yelled "Why?!"he asked and yelled "Because I don't like staring at your ass!" "You know, you are the only person I know who has not said my my ass nice" "You of all people know I'm not like every person you know." "True"
He put me down. Then a vary bored voice on the intercom said "Student I'm sorry to inform you but the busses are not running" "Oh you got to be kidding me right!" I yelled "Hey you want a ride, I mean you do live right next to me" "What about your other friends?" "None of them compare to my best friend... because we've been though every thing" I smiled up at him since he was 6ft and I was 5,6 "And we can play Mortal Kombat" I smiled even more "Hell yeah"I said beating my fist in the air. "Thunder?" He said "Lighting."I said as I intertwined our fingers "Hey my dad's not home! Maybe you can spend the night!" "You know what let's do this!" He laughed "God your my best friend and I love you" "Love you too best friend."
