Chapter 2

Your POV

You wake up at 5:30 am and throw one your day one outfit (picture below)

You walk out the door and into your car to go pick up Sophie and Em for the beginning of tour!

~Near the Arena~

You pull up and find a parking spot close to the arena but have to haul all your music equipment there.

And if you think that's bad it's a 10 minute walk.

"Ugh! I need to take a break." Em says.

"No!" I say scarcely

"We can not be late to this!"

"Fine, but do u have any water?"

"They will at the arena. No come on!"

"Uuuugggghhhhhh!" Em mopes and drags her feet the rest of the way there.

~At the Arena~

I walk by a huge line waiting out side and start to get nervous

But it felt good when a couple of them recognized you from your past events.

But as the closer you get to the door you get even more nervous.

"Oh my god. Guys I don't know if I can do this." I say.

"Oh no! You are doing this we just hauled our equipment all the way here you are doing this!" Em says while pushing me towards the door.

I look in the door and to the far left and I seeTyler and Josh there waiting for us.

"Great! The one chance I get to meet the boys and I look like a sweaty pig!" I say as I start preparing my hair for a messy bun.

"Ok I know how you can look good to your advantage right now!" Sophie says

"So once we get in there and introduce ourselves, you take your hair down and play with your hair."

"What? That's crazy!" I say

"Just trust me! You will look so good! Pleeeeeaaasssee?!"

I stare at Josh from the out side then back at Sophie

"Ok."

We grab our equipment and open the door, and I can feel my face turn bright pink as we get closer.

But what really put the cherry on top was when Josh looked at me, I tripped over my shoe lace and all my wires in my bag fell everywhere.

"Great!" I think to myself

I try to get all of my wires back in my bag and as I look up, I see a hand there for me.

"Are you ok?"

I look up and see that it's Josh, THE JOSH DUN!

"Y-Yeah I-I'm Ok." I say as I take his hand, his soft, soft hand and pull myself up.

"Hi I'm Sophie, this is Emily, and this little klutz is Y/N.

Sophie stares at me and I look at her questionably.

"Oh!" I think sharply

I take down my hair from my messy bun and start to fix and play with it.

After an awkward silence, Tyler walks up and greets us.

"Hey guys! I'm taking with all your equipment you guys are our opening?" He say will a little laugh

I say sarcastically "No, we just like carrying 30 pound equipment every where we go."

Tyler and Josh giggle and that moment makes me forget about me tripping on the way in, it also gained my confidence back and took the nervousness way.

"Do y'all wanna tour?" Tyler asks

"Sure." I say adjusting my shirt

~In the middle of Tyler's tour~

"Hey, come here." Josh whispers as he grasps my arm.

"Josh I don't think we should split up from the others." I say nervously

Oh if only Sophie could give me advice right now

"It's ok I know this place, it's just Tyler's tours can get a little boring." He says laughing

I giggle "what do you wanna show me?"

"This," he guides me to his dressing room.

"Why do you wanna show me your dressing room?" I ask as I use Sophie's advice and play with my hair. It's actually quite calming.

"I just wanted to get to know you without interrupting Tyler, he hates when I interrupt him"

"What? Why would you want to know about me I'm so boring! Why don't we talk about you?"

"Come on Y/N. There has to be something interesting." He says sitting next to me on the couch

"Well, I used to live in Texas, I taught myself how to play the piano, I've always wanted to play the drums and-"

"I can teach you!" Josh says excitedly

"Really?!"

"Yeah! It would be fun! How about tomorrow at 5?"

"It's a date! I-I mean,"

Josh cuts me off with a little laugh

"Yeah a date." Josh says blushing

~Later before the Show~

I'm in our dressing room and tell Em and Sophie what happened.

"So your going on a date with Josh Dun tomorrow?" Em screams jumping up and down.

I laugh,"Yeah! But I don't know what to wear."
"Can you guys help me tomorrow?"

Sophie and Em's eyes light up

"YES!" They both say

And after that it's time for the show.
