This took me FOREVER so please...enjoy! Neville, Ginny, Fred and George coming next chapter! ~ Kath
Harry: In your third year, your friends had decided it would be funny to ditch you at the train station and make you look for their compartment on the Hogwarts Express. You did not have enough patience to knock and peer through every single compartment door, so you eventually stopped at the 30th one you had visited. Sitting there was none other than the famous Harry Potter and his friends. You felt embarrassed as their first impression of you was an annoyed pout with furrowed eyebrows. Harry smiled at you and invited you to sit with them. You couldn't very well say no, so you sat down and began talking to the three best friends. That train ride (not including the Dementors) you got to know the real Golden Trio and how they acted behind the brave masks they put on. And you loved them for it...Harry especially.
Ron: You and Ginny were best friends, so naturally, you went to visit the Burrow a couple of times. You were visiting their place for Christmas because Ginny had begged you to come along. It was then that you met Ron. You had heard Ginny complaining about him a few times (along with her other brothers) and of course had seen him, but you had never actually met him in person. He was sitting across from you at the dinner table, and you found that he had caught your attention for some reason, with his sarcastic remarks and playful attitude towards his friends and family. You could call it love at first sight...well, crush at first sight, though he was a year older than you. You found it slightly amusing at how fast and how much he ate and you didn't hesitate to point it out. His cheeks flushed a little, but he continued to eat, retaliating with a sassy remark on how much you were eating as well. You felt your face heat up to match the colour of his pink cheeks but like him, you continued eating. After dinner, Ginny insisted that you and her play Wizard's Chess against Harry and Ron. Needless to say, it was a fierce match, but the two of you won, and the boys begged for a rematch. You and your friend smirked, and said no, but offered to play against them for a quick match of Quidditch. Harry and Ginny were mostly facing off, which lead you and Ron to also mostly try to fool the other. It was one of the best Christmases of your life.
Draco: It was during Charms class in your first year that you met. You hadn't made any friends yet, and you saw a boy with pale blonde hair sitting alone at a desk. In a vain attempt to finally make a friend, you sat down beside him, trying to compose yourself. You ran through what you were going to say in your head, not realizing that he had turned and was watching you take deep breaths and mutter things. He smiled, to his surprise and continued you until you opened your eyes, and to your great embarrassment found the boy staring at you with his piercing gray eyes. You began to stutter and blush and you completely forgot what you were going to say. His smiled quickly turned into a smirk and he introduced himself. You did the same, and when the lesson began, you both found the task difficult. You teased each other, and you found Draco very easy to talk to. When he tried to show off and ended up making the feather explode, you couldn't contain your laughter. He muttered curses under his breath, his pale cheekbones slightly pink as he challenged you to do better. You couldn't. From then on, you two would always make sure to sit beside each other during Charms.
Hermione: It was your fourth year, and you found that you were struggling with History of Magic. You could just not stay awake during that class, no matter how hard you tried. You knew you had to start working towards it though, since your O.W.L.s would be next year. So, you had resorted to try and study in the Library. Hopefully there were some books that could help you understand amd learn a four years worth of History of Magic. There, just as you were about to give up, a girl with bushy brown hair and twinkling brown eyes asked if she could sit with you. You recongized her as Hermione Granger, part of the Golden Trio. You nodded and your eyes went back to the huge stack of books in front of you. You kept on glancing at Hermione though, curious why she would need to study for something. Finally, after a bunch of your curses and the fact that you kept putting your head on the table in frustration, Hermione offered you her help. You accepted it, of course, and watched as she explained everything Professor Binns had taught the past four years. Hermione just made it so much more interesting. You were fascinated by this kind and intelligent girl, and you had learned more in those few hours than ever before. From then on, the two of you were study buddies and tried to help each other out as much as possible.
