Aphmau's Unkown Past

Aphmau...The Werewolf?!

"Did Aaron bite you?" Katelyn asks me, her voice filled with fear.

"No! What? He would never do that!" I exclaim, stunned at her accusation.

Katelyn pulls out her phone and begins to dial Aaron's number.

A waiter walking by stops at our table, "Excuse me, I don't know who let you in but we don't accept werewolves. You'll need to leave."

"Oh, uh, okay sure I'll leave," I scramble around, still in a state of shock.

I walk outside and notice Aaron.
"Aph," he gasps, "how did you get ears and a tail?"

"What do you mean and a tail?!" I scream once I turn my head and see it. "They just came out of nowhere!" I begin to panic again.

Aaron aproaches me and studies the ears carfully.
"They don't look new," he says astonished. "It's almost like you've been hiding them."

"What makes you say that?" I defensively ask. "I haven't been hiding anything. I don't know how this happend." I feel the ears again and wince.

Aaron notices my discomfort. "Rate the pain on a scale from one to ten."

I ponder it for a moment before telling him, "About a six out of ten."

Aaron grabs my hand and takes me back to my mom.
"Salvanna we have a problem," he says.

Mom turns around and gasps, "H-how did this happen?!"

"I don't know. What do I do, mom? I'm scared," I confess.

"I knew this day would come," she sighs and looks disappointed in herself.

Aaron and I look at each other then back at her. "What's going on?" Aaron finally asks when I'm unable to say anything.

"Fine...fine," she makes a decision. "Sit down and I'll explain."
