Lovebirds (A Blaze x Dottie Fanfiction/Blottie/Daze) *ONGOING*

~~Chapter 1~~

Dottie's POV (mid of year)

I was walking to class when I saw Alpha with a red-haired werewolf I hadn't seen before. I started walking towards them when I saw who it was. It was Blaze. He's kinda cute.. I thought, but then shook my head, surprised at what I had just thought. Did I have a crush on Blaze?! No, I wouldn't fall for any guy. I had my buds Rylan and Daniel to hangout with anyways. I kept walking towards them, and Alpha saw me. "Dottie! Hey!" She called, running up to me. "Hi Alpha!" I said cheerfully. Alpha was always nice and helpful. She makes a wonderful Alpha. Blaze came up to us, and said hi. "Hey Blaze," I said, suddenly feeling shy. He gave me a small smile, looking down quickly. "So! How have you been Alpha?" I asked, clearing my throat. "I've been struggling a little to be honest.. It's been difficult balancing out my duties as Alpha and doing all my schoolwork," She admitted. Poor Alpha! It must be so hard doing all that work.. Werewolves are rough.. I thought sympathetically. "I can help you Alpha." I offered in unison as Blaze. I looked at him in surprise, and he gave me a questioning look as well. "Thank you both, that's greatly appreciated." Alpha said, gratitude in her voice. "Anything for you, Alpha!" I said, smiling at her. Just then, the bell rang and I ran off to class, waving goodbye to them both. When I entered, I hurriedly sat down and opened up my math textbook, and began my least favorite subject of all time. I stopped in the middle of filling out answers, and rubbed my eyes, my head pounding violently. "You ok, Dottie..?" Whispered Daniel who sat right next to me. I nodded, and muttered, "Just tired and stressed out from these questions." I gave him a pained smile, which he returned, and we both went back to doing math.
*Bell rings*
I'm free!! I thought, as the bell rang - sounding like music to my ears. I leaped out of my seat and ran out of the classroom, stopping quickly at my locker to grab my lunch and shove my books in. When I turned around, however, Ein's minions were right there, in my face. I groaned, and snapped at them, "What do you want, Ryder and Jax?" They both cackled, flicking their ears back threateningly. "Give us your lunch, we forgot ours and we have no money," Jax said, trying to sound intimidating but failing miserably. "Uh, I think not," I said sassily, and went to step around them. Ryder's arm shot out, and smacked me across the chest, pinning me up against the lockers, knocking the wind out of my lungs. "Let's try that again, sweetheart," He hissed at me. "Give us your lunch, and we won't have to force you to give it to us," Jax and Ryder said at the same time, malice glinting in their eyes. I gave them a defiant look, and said, "Not a chance, you filthy mutts." They recoiled, and Jax's fist slammed into my gut. I doubled over, gasping for breath. "We tried to be nice, but you refused out kindness, now we're gonna get rough." Ryder said, glaring at me. "Hey! Leave her alone!" yelled someone from the end of the hallway. I looked up to see who had stood up for me, and saw Blaze. "Blaze!" I gasped, and slowly straightened up, wincing at the pain in my gut. "Are you okay?" He asked, hurrying over to me. "I'm fine, but I want to knock some sense into these two," I said, glaring daggers at Ryder and Jax. They both raised their fists, and I cracked my knuckles. "Guys!! Stop the fighting!" shouted a familiar voice. I turned, and saw Alpha running over to us. "What is going on?! Someone better tell me right now." She demanded, looking terrifying. I lowered my gaze, and muttered, "Ryder and Jax wanted my lunch but I refused, so they punched me. But Blaze came and stood up for me," I gave Blaze a small glance, my eyes full of gratitude. Alpha was speechless, but rage sparked in her eyes, and she turned her gaze onto Ryder and Jax. "Is this true?" She asked, her tone harsh. They both had a terrified look on their face, and darted off. "GET BACK HERE OR SO HELP ME!" Alpha screamed at them, but didn't give chase. She turned to face Blaze and I, and sighed. "I'll have to talk to Ein about keeping those two under control." She muttered, anger in her voice. She turned on her heel, walking away to find Ein, shaking with rage with each step. I looked at Blaze, and whispered, "Thank you so much for sticking up for me.." He gave me a smile, and something ignited within my chest, and my stomach did a flip. I think I have a crush on him now.. I thought to myself, and a small blush crept up onto my cheeks, as we both walked together to lunch.
