I woke up and it was alredy 9am.

Today was the day when the accident happened and you died. It was 9:30 am. My phone was off, i guess i just fell asleep and didn't charge my phone yesterday. I quickly plugged on the charger and turned on my phone. As soon as i turned on, 4 messages was delievered.

“sehun, where are you? i'm waiting for you.“

“you're going school with me, right?“

“I just got on the subway“

“why aren't you answering? i'm on my way to your house“

The last message you sent me was at 9:35 am. There was also 3 missed calls.

“only if i can save you. i can do anything“ i was calling you but you weren't answering. Fourth time calling... you finally answered.

“sehun..?“

“why aren't you picking up your phone?!!!“

“sorry, i didn't know you were calling. why are you so mad?!“
“where are you?!“

“on my way to your house.“

I quickly went out of the house, not even with my jacket on. Even locking my house door was a waste of time. I quickly ran to the subway station, looking for you.

I found you. Through the glass of subway window, i can see your face.

I got in the subway and called your name.

“●●!“

“...huh? woah you supurised me! why are you here? Aren't you going to school? why aren't you wearing your uniform?“

I pulled you to my side and hugged you tightly.

“what's wrong? is it because you feel sorry for yelling at me? keke.“ I hugged you tighter.

“sehun, aren't you cold? you're not even wearing a jacket.“ you stared at me in the eyes with worried face.

By this time, you had alredy left me and died. But you were right in front of me, everything was real. Your hair not fully dried yet from shower, and your shampoo scent. People were staring, but it didn't matter.

The only thing in my head was ways to save you, but you were smiling, with no worries.

“..●●..“ i called your name.

“..hm?“

“you're next station is, joong-ang-lo, joong-ang-lo station.“

“joong-ang-lo station.“ the moment, and the exact place when fire happened two days ago. I pulled you closer and hugged you tighter. It was the time.

“FIRE!!!“

My heart was beating fast. I saw lights of fire from the end of the subway. People were yelling for help and you were holding my hands tight with tears in your eyes.

“what's going on? what do we do?“ people were running around, but i was blocking you from the fire. More than the hot fire, trying to breathe through the though smoke was more worse. But i  still protected you.

You were coughing, and i softly patted your back. Hot smokes were hurting my eyes, making it painful for me to breathe.

“sehun, are you ok?“ even at the most dangerous moment, you were worrying about me.

“announcement. a little accident has happened, and we are currently checking. please remain seated as you will be safe and subway will soon start again.“

Lie. That was a lie. the driver of the subway had left the subway with the master key, to run away from the fire. “If we don't have the master key, we're trapped here. There's no way out.“

people yelling gave me a headache and i didn't know what to do. you were leaning towards me, half-dead looking.

“no, please ●●. wake up!! please wake up!!!“

you didn't reply.

I turned and there were many peple that had alredy fainted. I was bearly able to breathe, and my vision was fading. Fire was coming closer towards me.

“It's all your fault. you're a murderer! My sister died because of YOU!“

You're brothers yell was repeating in my head.

People who had fainted, some people had wet towels and water tissues over they're faces. I grabbed it from them and covered your face. Tears rolled down of pain, and i covered you with all my body.

“sehun-ah..“ you called my name with quiet voice, eyes only half opened, your hand tightly grabbing on to my shirt.

10. it was alredy 10'o clock. My vision was fading, you're face was fading. “sehun-ah, sehun-ah, don't close your eyes!“ my body had no more power and i leaned against you. you held on to me, crying out loud, “no sehun. look at me! please don't close your eyes!“

Fire was approaching super close to me. i covered your whole body with my body, i trapped you so that not even a bit of fire can touch you.

The fire touched my thighs and my back. I couldn't even say anything of pain, and you were alredy fainted, with your eyes closed.

“●●.... i told yoy i would protect you...,“ i softly kissed you on the forehead. “There's one thing i never told you. I tried to hide it from you. Did you notice?“

“I like you.“

“Since a long time ago, for a long amount of time.“

“i'm so thankful that i got a chance to see you again. If i can achieve one more wish, it's for you to be healthy and be happy forever.“

I touched you're cheeks for the last one time. “This is such a luck. i'm so happy i got to save you“

Now the fire had even reached my neck, and the pain was like my skin ripping into bazillion pieces. But i was able to hold back the pain because of you.
