"Did you see their faces?" Lucifer half shouted, for about the fourth time, through a fit of laughter. Michael just smiled, "For the fiftieth time, yes."
So in Michael's defense, maybe he should have told his parents a friend was coming, but he didn't know that they would both almost pass out. Honestly! Although that may have been for the fact that Lucifer had been introduced as well, Lucifer, or because after shaking his parents' hands, he had very obviously grabbed Michael's hand, with an enthusiastic, "Mikey, it was such a long car ride. Where's our room?" And if that didn't sound suggestive, than what did? Still, it was definitely worth it.
A few minutes after Michael and his parents had exchanged greetings, Lucifer had been sent outside to get all of his bags, Michael following a few minutes later. Now they were getting unpacked, well Michael was, Lucifer was still laughing his ass off.
"Michael, may I come in?"
Lucifer abruptly stopped laughing, "Who's that?"
"Of course, Castiel," Michael said, ignoring Lucifer for the time being.
A kid who looked about fifteen came barreling into the room, and nearly tackled Michael with a hug. Lucifer just watched with a raised eyebrow. "I missed you too, Castiel," Michael said with a smile, before turning to Lucifer. "Lucifer, this is Castiel, my little brother. Castiel, this is Lucifer, my roommate.
When Castiel turned to him Lucifer raised his hand to his forehead in a greeting salute, which was briefly returned. Lucifer winked before Castiel turned back around, and saw a brief blush appear on the younger's face. Forget about Michael, Lucifer thought, I want Cassie.
Castiel smiled, "You mean the guy you brought home to terrorize mom and dad?"
Michael chuckled and nodded, "So how's school?"
"Fine, I guess. It's boring. I have an A in every subject without even thinking of studying."
Michael grinned, pride obvious on his face. "Good job. I remember being exactly the same when I was in school."
Castiel nodded, he knew. Even when he was a newborn Michael had always been correcting him, and just wouldn't let his brother mispronounce a word. School was everything to Michael as a kid, well besides Castiel himself.
"So... how're things going with Dean?"
The younger blushed and glared at Michael, "You know very well that Dean and I are just friends, Michael."
"He calls you Cas," Michael stated bluntly.
Lucifer felt like he had been forgotten during the brother's little reunion. He didn't like that. And for some reason he didn't really like this Dean very much either. "So, Castiel, have you made anything explode in science class yet?"
Castiel looked scandalized, while Michael only rolled his eyes, "Ignore him, he's just an attention seeker."
The blonde felt his mouth drop open, "Hey!"
"But he meant it in a joking way," Michael continued, trying not to get Lucifer ina fighting mood.
"Oh," Castiel responded, before turning to Lucifer, "No, I have not made anything... go boom in any of my classes."
Lucifer smirked and let out a short laugh before Castiel and Michael returned to their one on one conversation.
Well, as fun as that had been... if he was just going to be ignored upstairs, he might as well go... talk with Michael's parents. Throwing the shirt he had been folding on the side of Michael's bed, the side he reserved as his, he exited the room. Now this was why he was here. Even if his friend did have a hot little brother he wanted to bang. He was here to raise hell. The other thing could wait.
