It was a month after we had first confessed, and 3 weeks after I moved in with Ayano. I put some bread in the toaster and waited.
"BOO!" Ayano yelled from behind me, making me jump back and yelp.
"You scared the demons out of me!" I yelled at her.
"Sowwy, I couldn't help it!" She laughed.
Then the toaster went off and I jumped again, making her laugh harder. I pouted, blushing.
"You're cute when you're scared" She said, hugging me. That just made me blush harder.
I grabbed a cup of coffee and gulped it down, waiting for it to kick in while I sat down and ate my toast.
"Hey, um, A-Ayano?" I asked.
"Hm?"
"W-We still haven't... H-Had our first kiss yet..."
Then I felt her arms around my back. "Well, we can change that." She whispered.
I leaned my head back in the chair and looked at her. "W-Wha-" I was cut off by her kissing me for the first time. When I figured out what was going on, I kissed her back, my cheeks turning red.
Eventually we stopped kissing, and just stared at each other.
"That was..." I said quietly.
"...Amazing."
"Y-Yeah..."
