Chapter 1 - The Meeting With Ho-Oh

Greetings Pokemon trainer! Welcome to the world of Pokemon, this world is widely inhabited by creatures know as Pokemon. Over time we humans have made strong bonds with these beings and have been able to live alongside with them. For example some trainers battle with their Pokemon, others play with them, train them and compete in tournaments and contests with them. Pokemon are everywhere you GO! In the sea, the sky, fields and mountains along with cities.

Now are you a Boy or Girl?
Just kidding, whatever gender you may be it couldn't matter the least! Everyone is welcomed in the Pokemon world.

But this story follows a young man named ash Ketchum who is just about to start his Pokemon adventure!

"The two trainers are down to their last Pokemon who will be victorious!!!!?" The TV screamed, a young man was watching the intense battle on the sliver screen.

"Ahhhhhh!!! Go go go!" The ravin black haired boy yelled

"And nidoking goes down!! Gengar is the winner" The TV shouts declaring the winner

"Yessssss what a great battle" ash smiled happily before his mother came into his room.

"Ash dear you have to get some sleep if you want your first Pokemon" she explained to her son, "ok mum the battle just finished too great timing" he responded

The next day ash was up early and ready to get his first Pokemon, he put on the clothes that his mum suggested which was a white and blue short sleeved jacket with gold trim, white collar and sleeves, a dark teal T-shirt, blue jeans with light blue cuffs, black and white sneakers with red dots, green fingerless gloves with light green borders and a red and white cap with a green pokeball on it.

"You all ready dear?" Delia Ketchum asked her son.

"Yeah mum! Your looking at the worlds new Pokemon master!" He replied with a massive grin on his face. "Later mum gotta go"

Ash raced out the front door, his destination was professor oaks laboratory. He was one of the first to get there which was good. Ash swung open the doors looking for the professor

"Professor! It's me ask ketchum! I'm here to get my first Pokemon!"

A man with grey hair and a white lab coat came out

"Ash my boy so your finally here!"

"Yep, here to get my Pokemon!" Ash had determination in his eyes he was so excited to finally start his journey

"If you can follow me" oak said

They got to a room with three pokeballs on a desk. The professor lifted up the first pokeball and out came a green creature, the second was a little blue turtle Pokemon and the third was a orange lizard

"Ash meet Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle these will be the three Pokemon you can choose from." He explained

Ash already knew who he was gonna pick before he even left the house. Professor I choose

"Professor!"

Ash was cut off due to an assistant bursting into the room

"It's the pikachu it's escaped from its pokeball again!"

Once the assistant finished his sentence the pikachu that he was talking about stormed into the room let out a huge thunderbolt hitting everyone in the process also breaking the window and escaping

"Ash are you ok?!" The professor yelled

Still sizzling ash responded with a soft "yeah" they all got up off the floor

"Professor we have to go after it" the assistant said

"I'll go. That pikachu is strong I like it" ash said

"Are you sure you want to?" Oak had a worried look

"Yeah, I'll be back soon!" As zoomed of in search for the missing pikachu. It wasn't until night time before ash found the yellow mouse, it was training by using thunderbolt over and over

"There you are"

As soon as pikachu saw as he shot a stream of electricity at the teen but ash thankfully managed to doge it.

"Hey what was that for"

Pikachu didn't waste any time running away as fast as he could but ash chased the Pokemon like a hawk not letting him get away

"Come back here! I don't wanna hurt you, you just have to get back to professor oaks lab"

Pikachu have off another powerful attack. With all the electricity flying everywhere a large flock of Spearow got attack which made them really angry. The flying type Pokemon attack ash and pikachu leaving the electric type badly injured

"Pikachu!" Ash said worriedly

Ash ran and didn't care what happened next he wanted to save pikachu however the Spearow kept on attack him until the both fell. While all this way happening a thunderstorm formed the rain hit hard down on ash and pikachu

"Pikachu here get in this pokeball, you'll be safe here, I'll always protect you" ash said softly

He got up tuned his hat back and face the flock of Spearow and said

"I'll protect pikachu! He's my friend all you have to get through me first"

With that all the Spearow attached the young man but pikachu jumped in front of ash and let out a massive thunderbolt that electrified all the Spearow. They were down and ash and pikachu won

The sunrise was coming up and ash had his new friend in his arms until he fell to the ground exhausted from his battle with the Spearow but pikachu licked his face and gave off a cute cry

The out of no where a larger bird Pokemon flew above the two dropping a rainbow feather

Ash was amazed at what he say and and turned to pikachu

"Pikachu we have to find that Pokemon again and one day we'll battle it and beat it, with this we can make that happen"

They both looked at the rainbow feather at smiled
