I decided Alex and I should go watch a movie which didn't turn out to be a good idea as I found Clay and Hannah laughing and I instantly felt jealous. I've had a crush on Clay for pretty much the whole school years but I was always too afraid to tell him. "Hey guys" Clay spoke up and I avoided eye contact with them both. Alex and I paid and went to leave.
"Jealous much?" I heard Hannah speak just before I left, part of me wanted to stay and see if she would say anything else and then the other part of me wanted to see the movie. The movie ended and we walked out to find the Crestmont empty.
"Y/N can we talk?" Clay questioned walked over to us and Alex left. "Uh, what did Hannah mean by saying 'jealous much'?" I felt myself freeze.
"Well, um. I like you Clay and well I do get jealous.. I get jealous every time I see you with her! You never realised I've been in love with you since the beginning of high school" he stayed silent. "And I know you don't like me that way"
"N-no I do Y/N, I never liked Hannah as much as I liked-like you. I wanted to ask you out since last year! Y/N will you go on a date with me next week?" I only nodded feeling happier than ever.
