I scrambled to my feet and hyperventilalated. I needed to search for something that could possibly help with the excruciated pain in my wrist. I lost blood fast. I cupped my left arm with my right hand and applied pressure. I winced, held in my tears with a scream. “Stupid mouse,” I muttered. It was harder to see; I stumbled into the walls. There was no use to find the exit. My blood was thick and turned deep maroon in color. My blurry vision increased and I could tell I left a trail of blood. I fell to my knees in my own pool of blood. I’m dead; I will bleed out and die before I could solve the mystery. At least I will be in Heaven with Todd. I sobbed and thrown my self onto my face Feet pounded on the ground, I heard muffled yells around me. They’re too late. I smiled. “I love you Todd,” then I stopped breathing.
