Shravan: Nanu? Nanu ko kya hua? Sum.... Sumo, Sumo damn it tell me what happened to Nanu?

Sumo: Nanuuuuuu... (breathing became heavy)

Shravan: Sumo? Oh no.. Sumo shant ho jao. (taking her phone) Hello? Hello Preeti? Kya hua?

Preeti: Shravan Nanu is admitted. Fighting an attack. (crying)

Shravan: What? Kabb? Aur doctors Kya bol rahe hai?

Preeti: Shravan bohot complicated case Hai. Chances bohot kam hai. Shravan Suman di ka khayal rakhna. Wo ye sab see nahi payegi.

Shravan: Preeti we're coming. Apna khayal rakhna. (hanging up) Sumo? Oh my God, Sumooooooo?

Sumo has passed out. Surely, she was not able to take this easily.

Shravan: Sumo? (now tensing up) Aankhein kholo damn it! (patting her cheeks) Sumo please!!!

Sumo: Nn...nnaaannuuuu! Nanu!! (slowly opening her eyes) Nanu? Nanu Mai aa rahi hu. Nanuuuuuu!! (trying to walk but stumbled)

Shravan: Shut up Sumo! Chup. Bilkul chup.

Sumo: (her voice rising) Shravan! Shravan chodo mujhe. Mujhe Nanu k paas jana Hai. Chodooooo!

Shravan: (pulling her hard into him) Sumooooooo! Chup ho jao please. (now crying) Hum jayenge unke paas! Pehle kuch khana hoga! Please.

Sumo: (trying to get out of his hold) Noooooooooo... Nanu k paas jana hai. Nahi khana hai mujhe! Shravan chodo mujhe!!! (screaming)

Shravan: (holding her more tight and shouts) Sumoooo!! Dekho mere taraf. (she sees him) Tum nanaji se bohot pyar karte ho, right)

Sumo: (howling) Haa! Nanuuuuuu?!!!

Shravan: Mera pura baat sun lo. Hum jayenge uske pass. I promise. Aur tumhe uska khayal bhi rakhna parega. Right? (Sumo nods in a yes) To tumhe khana paregi. Energy chahiye!

Sumo: Shravan, Nanu thik ho jaega na?

Shravan: Bilkul? Hum milke unko thik kar denge. Chalo abb. (kisses her forehead)

They arrive at the ropeway station and sits in the cable car. Sumo hugs Shravan tight gaining the energy required to fight the world! They go to the car.

Driver: Bhaisabh, bhabhijaan! Kya hua? Sab thik to hai na?

Shravan: Wo Bhaiya, hume abhi ke abhi Delhi wapas jana parega.

Driver: Kyu? Kuch huwa hai kya!

Shravan: Ha woh humare Nanaji ko hospitalized karna pada! To aap hume Delhi tak chod sakte hai? Aur pehle koi restaurant pe rukh Jana. Tumhare bhabhijaan ko kuch khilana parega.

Driver: Haan ji, thik Hai. Koi baat nahi. Aur Rab se dua karta hu, aapke Nanaji bohot jald hi thik ho jaenge!

Soon they have their breakfast and rushes to Delhi by the sunset. Sumo is silent and shivering while Shravan is tensed for his love. They move to the hospital.

Sumo: Nanu? Nanu kidhar hai? Preeti, Pushkar bol na. Kaha hai nanu?

Preeti: Di, di shant ho jao. Aao, mai aapko dadu ke paas le jati hu. Aao.

Sumo and Preeti goes to meet Nanaji while Shravan asks about the condition.

Shravan: Pushkar, Nanaji thik hoga na?

Pushkar: Bhaiya, wo....

Shravan: Arre bol na!

Pushkar: Bhaiya, Dadaji ke paas bohot kam time hai Bhaiya. Aap Sumo ke paas jao. Usse samhalo.

Shravan: Kya bol raha hai Chotte!! Sumo! Oh no!!!

Shravan rushes to the cabin to see his love crying beside her anchor, the old man who is waiting for the last call.

Shravan: Sumo? (tiredness in his voice)

Sumo: Shravan dekho na. Nanu bol rahe hai ki wo hume chodkar chala jaega. Tum daato nanu ko. Bolo ki ye sab ulti-sidhi baat aur na kahe.

Shravan: Sumo, (goes and sidehugs her) please samhalo apne aap ko please. Dekho tumne Nanaji ki bhi rula diya.

Nanaji: (in cracked voice) Shravan, tum Suman ka khayal rakhna. Agar aise hi phir se rone laga, to main tumhe maat nahi karunga. Yaad rahna.

Shravan: (crying) Nanaji, aisa maat boliye na. Please. We love you.

Nanaji: I L-ll-lovve you too beta. (Holding Shravan's hand and patting Sumo's head) Take care beta.

Suddenly, Nanaji starts breathing hard. Shravan calls the doctors and takes Sumo out of the cabin with much difficulty. Everyone is tensed with their favourite Tiwari's condition.

Shravan holds his tired jaan and prays for her, to help her get out of her mourning. May God bless him to hold her tight through the devastation!
