chapter 4: the reckoning

I was scared out of my mind me in the american army! And a girl! I followed the mans Secretary down the street into a tent he handed me a uniform and asked for my name I... I... dont have one I was lying I had a name a beautiful name lily but I didnt want to be recognized as lily okay um.. lets give you a name did anybody call you by a nickname the Secretary asked sadie the used to call me sadie okay sadie she wrote sadie on a badge and stuck it on my uniform handed me a rifle a standard issued gun go to tent 107 she handed me two dog tags  I put them around my neck and left tent 107 I searched and searched  I couldnt find it hey you, sir! WHAT DO YOU WANT MAGGOT!! Um weres tent 107 DOWN THE STREET THIS IS STANDARD INFO NOW MOVE SOLDIER! Um okay MOVE! I ran down the street and found my tent I ran in inside were a bunch of men smoking and playing poker some whistled at me one guy as I passed said hey girl another said you here for the laundry or here to pick up the trash, umm im here to fight.... they all laughed when I said that who ever heard of a chick fighting in the war! Hahahahaha stop laughing! I yelled, all the did was go ohhhhh I dropped my uniform and took out my rifle and pointed it at one of them. The man that yelled at me to were my tent came in WHAT ARE YOU ALL LAUGHING AT!!!
What are you doing! he lowered my rifle im about to blow one of there brains out! SAVE IT FOR TOMORROW EVERYONE TO THE MESS HALL YOU! He pointed at me PUT THAT UNIFORM ON! ( hey guys raspberry casey here hope you guys love the book like and comment if you want more I thinks its starting to get good)
