grabbed my bag and my phone and went down stairs. I saw my cousin sitting at the table..... good morning cuz. He looked up and said good morning Cassie.... I grabbed a apple and said I'm heading to school, so bye. I got onto my motorcycle and drove to school. Like always everyone stares at me when I get off of my motorcycle. Went to my locker, I slammed my locker shut. Went to class and walked threw the door and everyone was looking at me I rolled my eyes and went to sit down in the back of the class room. I put my headphones on and I put my head down.. 25 minutes later the bell rung. After 5 classes it's time for lunch. I went to sit down. I put my headphones on and started to listen to (nothing more- go to war).....(the is song up top)someone was trying to talk to me but I couldn't here the person. Then I took my headphones off and I turned around an saw who it was it was Troy. " great ". Cassie I've been calling your name. Oh sorry I couldn't hear you but what's up?? Troy: Cassie what's going on with you, u changed so much? Cassie: Troy u really want to know why I changed? I changed because everything that happened to me for those past months okay. U want to know what happened to me when I was kidnapped? Troy: Cassie u don't have to tell me.... Cassie: I'm gonna tell u anyone because u can finally leave me the f*** alone. Let's see I got stabbed multiple times in my thighs, got rapped multiple times, punched and kicked in the ribs, You want me to keep on going on? I looked at him and I looked into his eyes and I saw sadness and regret. I got up from the table and left. After 3 more periods school was over. Anonymous point of view: Boss: Have u found the girl yet? Guy: yes I did boss but she looks different and fears now. Boss: what do u mean? She looks different and she's fears? Guy: I mean she looks different. She dresses like she in a gang and she rides a motorcycle now. Boss: good to know? Seems like she's turning out to be just like her father😏. Go keep a eye on her. Guy: yes boss. Back to Cassie's view I got home and went into the house, went to kitchen saw a note on the table. "Cassie, Jim and I went out of town won't be home until next week." I grab the note and threw it away, went up stairs and got changed.

Put my hair up in a pony tail and went downstairs. Grab a water bottle and a apple put both of them in my gym back. Went outside and locked the door, got onto my motorcycle and drove off to the gym. I got to the gym, got off of my motorcycle. I went inside the building and I looked around. No one was here so I walked up to the punching back and put my bag down. Then I grabbed some tape and started to rap it around my hand and then i grabbed my phone and grabbed my speaker and put on Bluetooth then I put a song on. I started to punch. all of those bad memories started to come back. Flash back to that day Please let me out of here, I want to go home. Someone opened the door and said " your never going to get out so shut the fuck up or u will go threw that pain again and I know u don't want that to happen?" He started to walk closer to me. U know me being stupid I spit in his face and looked start into his eyes and said " I will get out of here and when I do I will hunt u down and everyone else and kill all of u." He grabbed me by my hair and hit me in my face and then dropped me then started to kick me in my stomach and I heard cracking noises. I started to scream " OKAY IM SORRY, PLEASE STOP!!!" And he did stopped but then he said "I think u need to learn who is the boss around here".He picked me up and threw me on the bed, and tide both of my wrist to the bed. And he got on top of me and I screamed "NO PLEASE NO." Flash back to the present I just put my head against the punching bag and closed my eyes but then I heard a nose. I looked around and didn't see anything. So I just grabbed my bag and walked out and locked the gym doors and went home. But it felt like someone was following me but I didn't pay attention to it. I went home and got a shower and made something eat then went to bed. Thank god it's Friday.
