The sharp smell of fresh paint thrived in the air as I dipped my paintbrush over my roommate's walls. I was quickly picking up a new sense of feeling around her room as the walls had gone from a plain old white, to a mesmerizingly vibrant shade of turquoise.

I climbed down the ladder I'd set against the wall to paint higher regions, and wiped my hands on the denim shorts of my blue jumper, blemishing it with smudges of color.

I was about to exit through the door, when I tripped on something hard lying on the floor. I knocked my hands over a bucket of glitter set on a shelf, dispatching tiny sparkling pieces forward into the air, an archway forming like a rainbow of shimmering light.

"Is this your new way of greeting your guests, Y/N?" He asked, his eyes fluttering open as his lips curved into a closed-lip smile.

"No," I said, and my eyes widened upon noticing a small hint of redness on his face. A loud cackle erupted out of me. "Aw, Tae," I said, using my fingers to brush some of the glitter off his face. I could see his cheeks with more clarity now, a bright crimson color dusting his creamy skin.

Tae's response was to blush more furiously, and the adorableness became too much.

I smiled. "Don't worry, it suits you."
