When Life Gives You Lemons

A/N: I know a lot of people love this book and were sad that I had to put it on hold but here's the news you've been waiting for!!!
Yes finally I came up with something after having writers block on this book for like...almost four months XD
Anyways, I hope you guys like this chapter :3

As Ethan eats his breakfast he begins to have a conversation with himself, ignoring all the other conversations going on around him. All he could think about was whatever the hell happened last night. Was there an actual connection between him with Jakob and Chris...or was just something really weird and completely out of the blue that will never happen again. Another thing was whether he still actually had feelings for Gala or not. He looks up.

There she is, wearing the biggest smile he has ever seen in his life. She just looks so happy and...complete. She then looks at him with those irresistible dark, oaky eyes filled with compassion and love. Ethan realised he was now really caught in the middle.

ETHAN'S P.O.V:
I don't know...I just don't know...
Last night was a curveball, I can tell you that! Now my mind is completely messed up!

Like, when me and Gala- well, 'did it', I didn't really feel anything spectacular. Don't get me wrong, she is REALLY good in bed but...It felt like I was only doing it for her. I didn't really take control last night so she basically took advantage of me. Don't worry, I didn't mind though.

Whereas that...THING that happened between Jakob, Chris and I...it just felt so- RIGHT. Like as if that was destined to happen.

Now I made up my mind...

I really don't want to break her heart but...I know officially don't have feelings for her...

I will still remember all the memories and good times we had. She is one of the most amazing people in the world and I want her to never forget that. I hope whenever I break this news to her, she will understand where I'm coming from and that we can still be friends.

Ugh why is life so hard! Why can't everyone be happy and move on with their lives...

Breakfast then passes and everyone gets ready to just hang out in the city. Gala and I were the last ones to come out when our manager stops us.
"Would you two be able to stay back for a few minutes?" He asks blandly.
We both nod as I respond, "Yeah sure why not."

We go down the corridor and into his hotel suite. One thing is, the suite sure is big.
"Take a seat," he suggests, opening out his hands towards the small lounge not that far away from us.
We sit down happily in the seat. I then feel Gala intertwine her hand with mine. Now I feel really guilty.

I look up to study her face as I've done the many times I have before when we were together...
There is no more big, happy grin on her face. Her face is now just blank and emotionless.

What have I done!?

GALA'S P.O.V:
I never realised how easy it is to read Ethan. It's really obvious...

I don't blame him and I understand...

But I just make sure it looks like I'm oblivious to it.

ETHAN'S P.O.V:
I shall say it again...what have I done!? I'm going to break one of the most purest of souls thanks to me not being able to make up my mind about my sexuality...

"Now listen up," our manager orders, clearing his voice. "Being in show business is hard and you are sometimes forced to make decisions that you may not like but it's for the best of your career and Ethan *faces him* right now is one of those times."

I nod, having some sort of feeling I know what he's going on about.

"To keep up with your image, you need the chance to...well, mingle and you can't really do that right now so what I'm saying is, you need to break up with Gala..."

I know this is what I was going to do in the first place but still, IS HE F*CKING SERIOUS!? YOU CAN'T JUST CONTROL LOVE LIKE THAT!! We just glare at him in disbelief and leave, making sure he can hear me shut the door nice and clear. Silence then fills the room.

After a while we catch up with the others as we roam through these mind-blowing streets.

"Aye Etho! We were wondering where you two were?" Jakob squealed, slinging an arm around me which gave me butterflies.
I laugh in response along with Gala and Jakob.
"Yeah, the rest of us were gonna go to Gloria Jean's for some iced coffee. You guys want some?" Chris then enthusiastically asks us.

A/N: Gloria Jean's is like a mini Starbucks in Australia but they sell little treats like muffins, cinnamon buns, macaroons and all that as well...

We both nod our heads.
We walk for five minutes until we reach there. Once we do, the others order the things as Gala brings me away to a quieter spot.
She takes in a breath...
"I know what you're thinking and I completely understand everything..."
I stood there gobsmacked, was I that easy to read!?
"And you have no idea how easy you are to read Ethan. You shouldn't be feeling bad and I'm extremely proud of you for coming out to me, don't forget that!"

For thirty seconds there was a long, awkward silence...

The only thing that can come out of my mouth is, "I-I don't really know what to say but...thank you."
"Well then, I guess this means-"
"Yeah. I can't thank you enough Galie," I smile as she lets out a quiet giggle and blushing which will never get old, I still find it adorable.
"That nickname always makes me tingle (A/N: not tinkle you weirdos) inside. I always loved you calling me that."
I snicker.
"Well I just want you to know that you are one of the most amazing girls I have ever met, don't forget that okay," I coo, squishing in her cheeks.
She giggles even more, burying her face into her shirt sleeves.

Once again, there is a short silence.

"Well," Gala mumbles, "I'm gonna miss you heaps."
"I will miss you even more. I loved every minute with you and there will never be a chance that I will forget it."
"Okay, okay! You win Alien Boyo!" She laughs.
Gosh I will miss that laugh.

I plant a soft kiss on the tip of her nose as we spoon in eachother into a hug. It was a soothing, warm hug. I feel her slowly smile into my chest. This lasts for quite a while before the others have got our orders so we unravel ourselves and head over to them...

MY ETHALA HEART JUST BROKE THEN AND THERE😭😭😭
