It's that time of year, for to get down and drity! Yep. Mating season! And that applies to even our favorite Hano, inuysha, and his all mighty, badass, sexy as hell, death bringer, sesshomaru. How will our favorite little monk deal with both Inuyash...
Patience. That is the key to all. It's been one of the things Miroku's been taught as a child, always to be clam and patient.
And that is exactly what he was with Rin. Putting Inuyash's antics aside, Miroku was able to focus souly on the little beam of sunshine. He knew that rin wasn't a shy child, she has seen somethings that a child should never even dream of, incounteted demons that adults would faint at the sight of. But even with that, Rin is nothing more than a child.
So far she hasn't had the time to even act like one!
As Miroku walked back to Kiada' s hut to recheive Rin, as he left her with the peristest so to make preparations for the child, from what would soon be his and Rin' s home. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The monk still remembers how only a few weeks ago he was asked to meet with Kiada...without his companions. 'Strange...' he thought of the whole situation. ' I know Inuyash can anger the old woman, but still, what about Kagoma, or Sango and Shippo and Kirara? Yes this was indeed strange'.
Miroku remember how he entered the hurb smelling hut, how he was greeted with the sight of the village's strongest peristest, the great demon Lord of the West, Lord Sesshomuro and his two traveling companions. The toad demon, Master Jenkins. And the small child, Rin.
Oh he remembers how he proceeded to bow in recpect for his audience. Soon getting an approved gesture from Kiada and a slight, but noticable nod from the noble lord, the preistest began to speck. "Miroku, excuse me for calling you here in such short notice, and coming alone as I instructed." The monk responded with,"It is no inconvenience at all peristest Kiada. I can tell from my audience that this must be a very important request."
"As right you are monk, this is a request straight from Lord Sesshomuro himself. It be best that he'd should explain." Kiada answered, giving a signal for Sesshomuro to continue from where she left off. "You will take care of Rin", the demon Lord said, so bluntly I must add. Seeing the confusion on my face unbundly clear, Master Jenkins had thankful stepped and clarified his lord' s words." What Lord Sesshomuro means, monk, is that from now till further notice you will be Rin' s caretaker. Be greatful", he added on bitterly.
Taking a few minutes to reiterate what just happened, in my mind, I look to Kiada to confirm this decision. In response I get an amused looked and nod. "Um, Lord Sesshomuro, not to question your actions, but may I ask why choose me of all people for such an important task?", I daered to say, trying to keep as much shock out of my voice as possible. Lucky it was the small iump who answered for his master." Apparently, juageing from your profromence in combat, additud and behavior, how you handal yourself in situations, and your capability to take care of living things, you are the wisest choice for Rin."
The monk once again takes the information given to him, and once again looks for confirmation from, a once again, amused Kiada. "It shouldn't be this hard to understand monk." Sesshomuro pipes up. "That is not what eludes me, my Lord," I counter. He raises an eyebrow as to say,'Than what DOES?'. I answer his question,"May I ask my Lord, does the child in question', Rin perks up when she hears this," have a say in this?"
"The child in question, was the one who requested YOU.",Sesshomuro says. I'm meet with utter shock and a smiling Rin.

Sesshomuro continues," My original plane was to put one of my brother's females take care of her, but I reconsidered, after seeing how much of a ... disaster they are off the battle field."
I glance at Kiada, once again smirking and chuckling to herself, at the whole situation. The inu Lord continues,"You are also the only one among them who has had the most positive interactions with her. Thus, it is only natural for her to be in your care."
Having so many mix emotions, the one that shined among the rest was pure happiness, as I give those beautiful, big, brown eyes the most radient smile I can muster from my very soul. In return I get a assault of giggles and a very happy Rin by my side, as I proceed to pat her head.
Kiada finally decides this is her cue to speak up," The preparations for your living conditions have alredy been made, and do try not inform your pack of this arrangement. If Inuyash knew he would have a fit and nag me till I rufuse Sesshomuro's offer, and I am much too old to be dealing with the child." "I must say, Lord Sesshomuro, this all seems to be well planed out.', I get a 'hm' in response. "Though I am curious, what would you have done if I wasn't able to accept this offer?", I ask with coustion. Sesshomuro, giving the smallest smirk, puts it, once again, bluntly," Did you think you had a choice in this situation?"

That was the last comment said about the situation that day. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ As Miroku entered the hut, he was hit with a wave of giggles arising from Kagoma, Rin and Shippo. While assaulted with a wave of questions from Sango and Inuyash. All the more while Sesshomuro sat in silence gazing outside, while Master Jenkins camtiplated on his Lord's decision of putting Rin in my care.
