CHAPTER 1

SUTTON'S POV

"SUTTON! Wake up," Hayes, my 16-year-old twin yelled at me from the door of my room. "SUTTON lets goooo we have one more month of school!" He yelled excitedly! He had walked into my room, which was very organized and was a mixture of whites and pinks, very simple and classic. My room was right next to Sky's room and across from Nash and Hayes room and Will's old room was down the hall.

"Ok, ok, I'm coming. Damn, you don't have to be so loud." I said to him as he was leaving my room. It was 6:30, honestly, I'm surprised he's up this early, he usually gets up at like seven cause he doesn't have lacrosse until the afternoon as well as my tennis.

"Whatever just hurry." is all I could make out of him as he was leaving my room.

I guess I could give y'all a little info on my life...I'm Sutton Grier, twins with Hayes Grier, younger sister to Nash and Will Grier, yes the popular vine kid, Nash, Magcon obsessed, girls will do anything to get his attention, best friends with like all the others, Jack & Jack, Shawn, Taylor, Aaron, Matt, Carter, and of course Cameron Dallas his best friend and they are all practically my older brothers. I've played tennis since I could pick up a racquet. I play on the varsity team at Davidson Day, last semester we went to state and definitely kicked ass, now I play single tournaments and have one this Thursday. Hayes and I have always gotten along, he's the rebel child and Nash is too, me on the other hand, I'm a rule follower, straight-A, introverted student. I like to have some fun here and there but that's about it. One of Hayes' best friends, Kip, is a boy I have never been able to get out of my head. We have always hung out been around each other and flirt sometimes, but he's like a guy I can talk to that's not my brother. He was my first kiss and all. Me and Nash used to be close when Will was here, he kept us together but now that Will is gone me and Nash don't really talk for fun or enjoy each other how we used to, I think the "fame" has gotten to him we just have some distance between us and I don't know why I just wish we could build that relationship back up to what we used to have.

I was putting on my white button-down loose sweater with a red printed skirt, wicker pump shoes, and my hair still had curls from last night. I always like looking nice for anything, you never know what you're gonna end up doing or who you're going to see. My school also had strict dress code, girls had to wear a collared shirt if they wanted to wear jeans or pants and a skirt if we didn't want to wear a collared shirt.

"Hello," I said grabbing my Zara tote off the chair in my room, I'm not into backpacks they hurt my shoulders too much so I opted for something different.

"Hey, breakfast is ready." It was Nash, walking out of his room to go downstairs.

"Ok!" I said putting a little makeup on and walking into my bathroom which was connected to my room, thank goodness I didn't have to share that with my brothers.

"Ok, well hurry I'm leaving for school early so if you want to ride with-" I cut him off.

"Just come in, " I said frustrated cause I couldn't find my tennis shoes. "I know, if I want to ride to school with you, I need to hurry," I said mocking him.

"Ok wellllll what are you doing this weekend and next Monday and Tuesday of next week?" he asked me sitting on my bed with his khaki pants and a white Vineyard Vines shirt. Going back to the dresscode, for boys they have to wear khakis and a collared shirt.

"I don't know," I looked at him confused.

"Uhh, what?" he said trying to get an answer out of me.

"Why?" I asked, he never cared what I was doing unless it involved him.

"Well I was going to ask if you wanted to go to Magcon in Nashville this weekend, everybody will be there, and I know how much you like country music. I need an answer before Thursday!" He said.

"Uhh I don't know I guess, I mean, I don't want to be the only girl and I have school but I guess I could do it online and," I pause thinking... " are you sure you want me there? You always get mad at me if you and your friends are in the living room and I walk to the kitchen to get something to drink. And you want me to go spend four days with your friends? But I mean I'll go and just hang in the hotel room and entertain myself with a deck of cards until you guys get back, plus I've always wanted to go to Nashville, it's a free ticket to go so yeah I'll go." I said shrugging my shoulders and sending him a soft smile as I continued to pack my tennis bag.

"Okay, bet so it's a deal, the guys will be excited," he said happily.

"Haha okay, whatever." I was sitting on my bed facing him ready to go. I kind of smiled to myself, I always thought Jack Gilinsky was sorta cute but Nash would never let that happen, plus, he's a senior and I'm only a sophomore

"So you are going to come? Plus Cameron and Matt are coming up Thursday so we will go to the airport to pick them up and they said they wanna come see you play in your tennis match and they're forcing me to go." He said rolling his eyes being sarcastic

"My own brother won't even come to his sister's tennis match but his best friends want to?" I asked as we were making our way downstairs to the kitchen laughing.

"Hey now"

"Just take me to school, I'm almost out of gas. Wheres Hayes?" I asked.

"The car," he said pointing to the front seat where Hayes was waiting. "Hey don't forget breakfast want me to grab you a granola bar?"

"Uh no thanks, I'm good!" I said shrugging making my way to Nash's car.

"Finally where were you guys I've been sitting here for like an hour." He said turning up the radio.

Then I leaned up from the backseat and turned it off and he looked at me shocked. "Nash wanted to know if I wanted to go to Nashville this weekend until Tuesday."

"You asked her to go?!" Hayes asked Nash.

"Yes he did," I said leaning back into the seat.  "...and what did you get on your algebra II test?" I asked out of curiosity and changing the subject

"Ummm like 70%, don't tell mom," He said turning around and glaring at me. "I'm gonna tell her when we get back from nashville... if I remember" He stated with his hands.

"Okay it's not that big of a deal"

"What did you get?" Nash asked.

"Well..." I said as we were getting out of the car cause we were at school. "I got a 92%, but that's because I didn't know there was a question on the back"

"Shit Hayes, does Sutton need to tutor you?!" We all laughed and as on cue, the bell rang.

We all went in the opposite direction.

This is going to be a long week I thought to myself walking into the school, meeting up with my group of friends that have been with me from the beginning
