"Always and Forever"

-Chapter #1-

Mia's POV

"You're finally eighteen dear!" My mother squealed with joy, as my dad grimaced. He was always protective over me, and was scared of me leaving to go on my own. I smiled on behalf of making my mother more happy. "I-I am!" All I wanted to do was to see my love now. "You better make sure no boys try to touch you anywhere." My father stood up from the stool he was recently sitting on.

"I won't!.. only my man can touch me." I whispered the last part, and blushed at the thought. He squinted his eyes, and brushed past me as he walked into his room. My mother sighed, and put a hand on my shoulder. "He's just scared, let me go speak with him." I nod slowly and walk into the living room taking out my phone.

I'm bombarded with happy birthday texts from Gabe. I giggle softly, and type back a message, that'll hopefully make him smile bright.

After awhile of texting back and forth with Gabe, my parents come out of their room, and I send one last goodbye before putting it away. "Okay! He's all better!" My mom claps her hands together and sits down next to me. "So sweetie.. where do you plan on going after high school? Are you leaving right away?" I started sweating nervous on how they'd react. "I-I um, yes I am planning to, I want to follow my dreams. I never was the traveling type when I was young, but I've changed! I'll find a college somewhere a-and I'll visit you often!" I give her a shaky smile, and she gives one back.

Gabe's POV

"Oh she's finally coming I have to get the apartment nice and clean." I rush around frantically cleaning and making the room look nice.

Mia's POV

"Alright my dear, it's your decision." I take a shaky breath and start to speak, but start debating if I should. "M-Mom.. I dropped out of high school just so I can go to college early.. I already applied for one, that I found in Texas, it's really great!" She looks at me with a deadpanned face and sighs. "Fine.. you should've told me this earlier though." I bite my lip. "S-Sorry mom! I leave tomorrow actually.."

She throws her hands into the air and stomps off to her room. I slowly stand up from the couch and walk downstairs to my room. I close the door behind me, and smile. I take out my phone a flop on my bed messaging Gabe every minute. He's everything I've ever wanted in life, and he's mine. I can't express how much I love him. We've been together for almost 7 years.

I begin packing all my belongings, every single item in my closet. My electronics, everything that I'll need. I don't care if my parents don't want me to go so soon, I'm gonna do it.

I go to sleep peacefully, and wait for the morning.

• Morning Time •

I awake at the time of 8:02. I groan and roll over on my side, while accidentally pulling my blanket off of my feet. I don't mind though, since I'm wearing my favorite fuzzy socks. I notice a coldness on my side, and I drag out my phone from under me. I send a good morning text to Gabe, and tell him that I'll see him soon. I smile and turn my phone off, and sit up. My bed makes a high-pitched squeak that causes me to cover my ears. I roll my eyes and stand up stretching, getting ready for one of the best days of my life.

It's short right now but the chapters will get longer! Gabe is going to write the next chapter!
