*I might rewrite some the story in another book, my writing style may have changed a tiny bit too. and i apologise for any plot holes. i really don't like my logic and think i could've written better. but then again, that was aaaages ago and this is now...soooo ;;*

suna's pov

"Thanks sunakawa"  y/n's smile beamed a she took back her groceries as soon as she opened up her apartment door. I didn't respond vocally, just a simple nod and gentle smile was passed on which she understood.

From the day she jumped out of the window from the fire with the woman (crazy, i know) she had been in a wheelchair, due to injuring both legs. left being broken and her right had a bruised bone and torn ligament. The girl is crazy, I never understood from that day how she couldn't at least groan in pain at the height she fell from.

was it the adrenaline? did she even feel pain?

"are you going to be ok by yourself. you can come over and eat lunch with me and my mum if you'd like." her eyes widened at the offer, as if she couldn't believe it

"really?" she asked already inside her apartment, me standing at the entrance

"Of course. Do you have any plans or something?" she shook her head

"Not really, I just have to put the groceries away, and do some homework. i missed a lot of school when i was in the hospital. You could help me catch up." the thought of spending a few hours with her made me feel a little light on the inside, my heart raced by a fraction and my hands got a little sweaty, though my face wasn't showing any sign of emotion

after a little bit she came out of the door with books, a pencil case and notepads on her lap; wheeling herself towards me she closed the door on her way. "After you" she noted, me being the idiot I am, didn't think about how i had to open the door so she could enter.

"I'm back" taking off my shoes, I moved them to the side so that y/n wouldn't wheel over them

"Oh, Makoto, welcome back"

Your pov

as I was standi- well sitting behind Sunakawa, a young woman came through to the coridoor welcoming him in.

"girlfriend?" i muttered under my breath

"Oh, you're back, sis" immedietly cancelled out that thought, chuckling to myself i realised what i had just said was a stupid thought and that if he were to have one, i would've known by now through Takeo.

"Yeah, I took the afternoon bullet train." she replied, before tilting her body to the side looking over to me and the sorry state i was currently in, "Who's that? a girlfriend?" a grimace instantly graced my face as a little groan of disgust left my mouth

"please no." i replied wheeling in my chair, "please get changed and drag me to your room, Sunakawa-kun. I don't want to bring my chair in there. i think that'll be too much." a sigh escaped his lips as he turned back to his sister

"Nice to meet you, I'm Sunakawa Ai. You?"

"y/n. Nice to meet you to"

"oh,  Makoto, Here's my present" she turned to hand a black present bag to Sunakawa, "Where's Takeo? He isn't with you? There's a lot in there. Why not share with him. You can call him over" making her way to the door i realised i needed to wheel forward an get out of her way.

Just as she opened it though, Sunakawa told her he was out with his girlfriend.

and boy. Her reaction was honestly so beautiful, i alost snorted trying not to laugh.
