"Come on girl, answer your phone!" I whisper quietly to my self as I held my phone up to my ear.

Hi, I'm Terra, I'm in high school. I'm currently trying to call my best friend Daisy. I accidentally missed her call, so I'm calling her back now, still no answer. Which is weird because normally I'd call her and she'd answer before you could even say...

"Hey, Daisy!! It's Terra, sorry I missed your call" I bubbled in excitement.

"Hey, it's ok, are you with Owen and Ethan?" Daisy asked

"No, however, Owen texted me a while ago asking if I wanted to hang out with them. I said no and that I had stuff to do like cleaning my room and taking care of my bunny." I explained as I sat up in my bed.

"I can come over and help you clean your room if you want." Daisy offers.

"I have to ask mom real quick," I gushed

"Ok," Daisy agreed. I put down my phone and run downstairs to my mom.

"Hey mom, can Daisy come over?" I asked opening the door to the patio that my mom was sitting on.

"Sure, just keep eyes open," My mom exclaimed as she looked at me.

"Thanks mom" I ran back to my phone and picked it up.

"Hey, I'm back, my mom said its ok. Ok. See you soon. Bye" I hung up and put my phone down, continuing to take care of my bunny.

Shortly after the call ended Daisy arrived and started talking to my sister, Nicky. Not only was Daisy and Nicky out there, but so was Casey, one of my friends youngest brother, also my younger brother, Tom's, friend. After a little bit of talking out there, Daisy and I decided to go inside and up to my room. While we were up there, Owen called Daisy asking where she was.

"Are you at Terra's?" Owen asked over the phone.

"Um..." Daisy replied. Daisy didn't really wanna hang out with the boys if I wasn't there.

"Are you at Terra's? Owen asked again.

Daisy started hesitating, she didn't wanna give up but finally she says, "I help Terra with cleaning her room sometimes."

"We're coming over. Come on Simon." Owen hissed as he started coming over.

"No! You can't come over! Cameron will get mad!" Daisy screamed as she started running outside to try to stop the boys.

My boyfriend, Cameron, has always had a problem with Owen and Simon. Cameron didn't want me around them for my own safety. It's not that Cameron was jealous or anything, he just didn't want me to get hurt. And honestly, I didn't wanna be around them either, they were bad examples and have hurt me before. I didn't wanna hurt them and just leave but I couldn't stay much longer.

I closed and lock my door to make sure no boy is coming in. Shortly I look out my window that shows the whole back yard. There they were! Owen and Simon pulled into my driveway and started heading up to my house. They came in shortly after. Daisy came running up to my room, I opened the door for her and locked it behind her. I was happy but so nervous. Happy because she came back to me and hid with me, nervous because they were in my house.

"Daisy, come out" Owen shouted up the stairs to my room. They started talking about how they probably thought we barricaded the door. They then went out side, finally! But sadly Daisy went out side too.

I cleaned up my room a bit, and every once in a while I looked out the window.

Why are they still here? I thought to myself. Maybe Daisy is still trying to get them to leave. I thought. I decided to text her.

Can't they leave yet? Y r they still here? Don't tell them I'm texting u. I texted Daisy. About a minute later I get a message from her.

Idk. Daisy replied.

I don't want them in my yard. I don't need them on my property. I didn't want them here, but I didn't wanna be rude and just kick them off. I wanted to be kinda nice at least, right? Right?

Ok Ok? Just ok? Are they going to leave or not? I can't stand this.  I started getting more nervous. But why? Why was I getting so nervous? I don't know.

Did they leave?  I asked.

About to. Going to the park Daisy replied.

I started getting really sad, almost wanting to cry, cause I knew what was coming next.

Ur going with them? I asked, hoping she was going to stay with me like she originally said.

Yeah She replied.

Here it came, the tears, there was no way I was going to be able to hold it back. I started crying, I looked out my window one last time to see them leave, to see my best friend who I thought was always by my side to just....leave me.

I started thinking, You suck. There is absolutely nothing you can tell me that will change how I feel about you at this moment. You're being selfish and not thinking of me. Did you know that when you make an appointment with someone, you're taking time off of his/her calendar? You're saying, "Okay, from 6-7 pm, I will be with you and we will do XYZ thing." By doing so, you are prohibiting me from doing anything else in that time because I have reserved that time to be spent with you. In that time block, you are Priority #1. Well, when you cancel on someone at the last minute, you're saying, "You're not important enough for me to free up whatever I have to do even though you already moved all your appointments or sacrificed things to meet up with me today." You're telling them that I'm second and not Priority #1 anymore. Maybe I'm just bitter. But please tell me, when is it socially acceptable to cancel on people last minute unless you have a legitimate excuse? I mean, if you actually, ACTUALLY cannot make it, that's fine. But if you're telling me you rather go hang out with them, which you said you didn't wanna do in the first place, instead of hanging out with me like we planned, that's being a true party pooper. That is unacceptable. How can you be so inconsiderate? Maybe I was being a little over-dramatic, but seriously.

I hear someone walk up to my house. I go downstairs hoping it was Daisy with an apology. Nope, just my little brother Tom.

"I thought you were going to the park with everyone else.?" I asked with a confused look on my face. And then he told me what went on.

"Wait, Tom, you're telling me that Owen and Simon told you that you couldn't go to a public park with them?" Oh no, here comes the rage. "They lied to mom, they said they were here for you, Tom. Clearly not if they didn't let you go with them. And what else is bad is that Nicky didn't even stand for you. That was a bully situation and she just stood there like a bystander on the bullies side. Go tell mom!" I ranted walking Tom to my mom. At this point, I wasn't just sad but also disappointed and mad at them.

We finally got to my mom and we told her everything. She got real angry, real quick. She told me to text Daisy saying Nicky had to come home now because she didn't ask.

Ok. She's wondering if she can stay tho. Daisy replied. I then got a call from Daisy, but instead of Daisy on the phone, it was Nicky. I handed the phone to my mom and put it on speaker.

Mom and Nicky started talking, my mom said she knew everything and that it wasn't right, not only that but Nicky is supposed to ask and say where she was going and she didn't. The reason for this is because Nicky doesn't have a phone and if she was alone and something happened to her we wouldn't know where she was. My mom finally said that Nicky could stay a bit but then would have to come back.

My mom handed my phone back and I went upstairs and kept cleaning my room. Cameron then started to cheer me up which did work a bit, I stopped crying but I was still mad.
