The Dulaang Atin, a theater arts group was invited to present a major musical play entitled "Lantaw sa Kinaiyahan", at Maharlika Center, Lipata, Surigao City during the Mindanao Convergence of Advocates for an Alternative Mining Policy, last April 21, 2006.

The show depicted the real condition of our environment and to inspire people in protecting, conserving, and preserving the environment.
Before it started at 9 o'clock in the evening, the group of Sister's Association in Mindanao (SAMIN) presents a tribal dance and followed by a prayer.

After the successful show the group went to IFI Pastoral Center for a rest, and a party was held at Cantilan Beach Resort, sponsored by PMMS.
The seminar was participated by (SAMIN) Sister's Association in Mindanao, Legal Rights and Natural Resources Center - Davao Office, Philippine Misereor Partners (PMP), Alternate Forum for Research in Mindanao (AFRIM), Mainit National Park Conservation Society, Zamboanga del Norte Peoples Alliance Against Mining, Katawhang Simbahan Alang sa Malamboang Kabuhatan (KASAMAKA), and Foundation for Philippine Environment (FPE).

All leaders and members were united in one purpose, to achieve peace in our beloved Filipino nation, because their main thrust in their organization is to propagate peace and that at the end they are proud to be instruments of peace in their motherland in particular and to the whole world in general.
