Dedicated to someone who'll never read this, but is my Harry. Someone I adore and miss dearly. I love you baby, smile for me.

I ran out of the door with a bag that contained a water bottle, some candy and a magazine that I'd written my number on, catching the curly haired boy just as he was getting in his car.

"Sir!" I called after him.

He stopped, looking up at me curiously "you forgot one of your bags..." I said, smile wide as I jogged over to where he had stopped.

"Harry." He says taking the bag from me, "m' Louis" I said back, turning to leave.

"Thank you, but I didn't buy..." he trails off looking in the bag at its contents.

"Bye Harry" I yell, jogging back to the front door. I turn back to the smiling boy and wink before going in and fixing my hair before going back behind the register. I slip a ten dollar bill in for the magazine, candy, and water.

I think about the green eyes on that boy and all the random things he had bought. I think about him until my shift is over and then on the walk home I think of him again. I don't stop thinking about him for three days, my hope that he'll ever call me growing smaller and smaller with each passing hour and soon my friends begin to worry as well.

"Are you sure he was even gay Louis?" My roommate Niall asks me at dinner a week later.

"Well...no" I answer looking anywhere but him "I didn't really have a proper conversation with him. Plus I could just want to be his friend, it's not like I bloody well wrote 'IM GAY AND I THINK YOU'RE REALLY HOT, CAN I SUCK YOUR DICK SOMETIME? GIVE ME A CALL!' I just wrote my number, name, and a smily face, like a normal person Neil." I say, putting emphasis on the fact that I said his name wrong.

"Louis, I hate to break it to you mate, but you are quite obviously gay. You shit rainbows. You're like 150% fabulous and everyone knows it." Liam, my other flat mate, says from across the room.

"I hate you both" I say, but I cant help the smile that sits on my face.

"He's an idiot if he doesnt want to go out with you Lou, but you'll find someone else. What about that guy...what was his name?" He asks me, snapping his fingures as if it'll help him remember better "Nick was it? Yeah, he was nice."

"Niall, he's dating Stan. We had dinner with them last week." I say rolling my eyes.

"Oh ...well you'll meet someone" he says hopefully.

"I think I'm just gonna focus on school, family and stuff ya know? Anyway, it's late and I have to open the store tomorrow. Night losers." I say walking to my room.

The next morning I roll out of bed already ready to shoot myself for agreeing to open the store. I quickly shower and get dressed before making the small walk to the coffee shop next to the store. When I get to the register I look up to see the same shocked green eyes I've been thinking about for the last week. His perfect red lips slightly parted in shock, but he quickly regains his composure.

"Welcome to 'Rise and Shine' what can I get for you this morning?" He asks pulling a plastic smile that's almost a perfected 'I'm not happy to see you but this is my job hurry up please' smile.

"just black coffee and a banana nut muffin." I say sending the same smile back at him.

He nods taking out a pen and writing my name on the cup before handing it to me and grabbing a muffin out of the case infront of him. "Bye Louis" he says before addressing the person behind me.
