prologue

She screamed till her lungs bailed out on her , Whimpering she clinged to the wall beside her bed. He sneered at her as the whip connected with her arm it licked at her skin continously. She tried desperately to block every single hit but to no avail

He looked at her with his lifeless grey eyes. His crooked smile plastered on his face made he rbones shiver in the dead of the night. He made an attempt to move towards her and she cowered away

"please no more i beg you"

Suddenly she was pushed to the wall and his laughter rang out throught the house.

she knew this was it this was the point at which he would carry out his threats

the next second her attacker was on the floor before her mind could process what just took place her attacker was rushing towards her. something or someone slammed against him causing him to fly across her bedroom. he was coughing up blood but he still had that frightening smirk on his face

her instincts tod her to run so she did grabbing her purse she rushed into her brothers room and led him to the hall she rushed back up the stairs and slipped into his room

she went to pick his keys from his eagle crafted side table seeing as she already had his wallet. As she picked it a rough hand grabbed her tiny ones she yelped and kicked the hand. she picked the keys that had dropped on the wooden floor and rushed out

she adjusted her brother on her left arm as he gripped his walking stick tight. she put him in the passenger seat of the car and she drove of as she whispered calming words to him.
