I woke up in someone's arms. My eyes shot open and I shot up. The man that was carrying me almost dropped me. "Whoa, slow down!" He said. "I am Steve Rodgers. As well as Captain America. I'm just gonna take you to the infirmary, so they can try to fix your vocal cords." I nodded, and layed back down in his arms. He wondered through a series of hallways. He stopped at a large double door. He pushed it open with his back, and turned around. He lied me on a table with a machine around it. It looked like the one that took my memories. I freaked out. A strangled cry left my lips as I jumped up and ran to the door. Steve was already blocking it. I hit him lightly in the chest and collapsed on the ground in a sobbing mess. Steve picked me up and injected me with something. My eye lids grew heavy, and I blacked out.

I woke up in Steve's arms. Again. Except, this time was different. I wasn't struggling for breath. My throat wasn't raw. "What's happening?" I spoke. Wait. Spoke. "I can talk," I whispered. "I can TALK!" I shouted. "Yes, you can." Said a man with an eye patch. "So now, you can tell me, and the rest of the Avengers what happened at that HYDRA base." "Who are you?" I asked. "Director Nickolas J Fury. And you are?" "Bryn. Also known as The Frost Warrior." I answered in a mechanical like voice. "Do you have a last name?" Fury asked. "If I do, I can't remember." The rest of the crew walks in as I say that. Steve sets me down. A man with a metal arm looks up sharply. "Codename." Was all he said, and I answered immediately. "The Frost Warrior." That same voice. "The Winter Soldier." He said back. "New mission, give us the information you have, then sleep." 'Follow Orders.' Was the only thought in my head.
"My memories have been erased, and discarded. I can't remember until two years ago. I was eleven. They kept trying to remove my memories, but it didn't work. So they used it for torture. Until I complied. The Frost Warrior was born. Well, made. I think I killed a bit. I'm not sure. They upped the memory eraser machine and it started working again. I think the shock should have killed me. But it didn't. Vladimir, my trainer, taught me how to fight. I think he was working with someone, the something room. That's all I know." I finish. The Winter Soldier walked towards me and raises his hand. I flinch, thinking he was going to hit me. But he didn't. "Sleep." Was all he said as he rested his hand on my shoulder. Then I fell asleep.
